After Hours TV Service

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. EVEN IF YOU LEAVE YOU NUMBER ASKING THEM TO RETURN YOUR CALL YOU WILL NOT HEAR BACK FROM THEM!

Upon calling Precision TV Repair I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the receptionist with whom I spoke. After scheduling an appointment, I was given a thorough explanation of what to expect (service fee, confirmation call, etc.) when the repairman came. The part needed for my tv was ordered promptly and my tv was fixed within a week! If I ever need another tv fixed, I know who I will call.

This is not a legit business, fooled by their business listing on this site, but they fried my plasma tv with their attempted repair--now will not return phone calls after many promises. Now I will have to file a legal claim against these people. The business address is fake and phone numbers are somebody anwering the phone that will not give out information. When the person answers the phone as says I do not know the address and I am not able to give that out--then you do not have a legit business.

I called this company on a Monday, and had my TV repaired by Wednesday afternoon!! I was very impressed with the in-home service. The technician researched my specific TV before coming to my home, and had the TV working in about an hour! He even called ahead, and showed up earlier than the anticipated service time. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm glad I did some checking before getting service - the TV manufacturer recommended another service company, who wanted me to bring the TV to them (impossible with a large set), and would have kept it for a week or so.

My TV broke yesterday evening; I looked on the internet to see if there was a company that could come out to give me an estimate and fix my TV. I saw this company and another one. I spoke to a tech at both companies about the problem I was having. They both gave about the same answer but The after Hours TV Service seemed more knowledgeable about the problem. I was hesitant about having them come out because of the lousy review. I decided to take a chance. I called the after hours TV Service back and told them I wanted to schedule a time for them to come out and fix my TV. They told me over the phone what possible could be the problem and what it would take to fix it. They also worked around my schedule and the gentleman that came to fix the TV was very pleasant. He fixed the problem and the price that I was quoted on the phone was higher than what he charged me to fix the TV. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut feelings. I would recommend this service to everyone. Thanks again for fixing my TV.
