don't use them! this is why
1. $59 service fee just to show up - OK, that's pretty standard, but they promise a free estimate and that they will deduct the $59 if they do work for you. Also pretty standard so far
2. electrician arrives and says he needs $200 to diagnose the problem (to replace a bad outlet) - where's the "free" estimate?
3. replacing the outlet will be an additional $99
4. electrician refused to allow homeowner to watch him working, and was quite rude
5. electrician was on the premises for almost an hour
6. total bill: $299 which included 15minutes labor, $20 parts
7. needless to say, the customer was a woman
8. a phone call to their office - nice conversation with a polite man who promised a call-back within a couple of hours... right... still waiting, not holding breath

I don't know what you think, but I don't think that's an honest way to run a business - don't promise a free estimate - just be up front and say it will be $200 just to walk in the door, anything additional will be more - probably they'll get less business, but that's what they deserve

Very thorough and competent. Bigger job that I had thought it might be, therefore, did not expect the cost to be as high as it was. Very impressed with individuals, ability and professional approach. Accepted the bid, and the contractor, did the job all in the same visit. I have the utmost confidence in the work accomplished.

Alive (Carlos) is very competitive on the pricing and offer a decent job quality. I am very please to work wtih them and more than happy to refer them to whoever needs a electrical job. It is hard to see hard working person around like this technicain (carlos). Thanks for referral. I am sure I will call Alive for next electrical project.

Technician has Professional manner. But, too expensive to pay for amount of job they do. Cost me $ 426. Trouble shooting =192, replace GFCI =126, replace regular outlet = 48 each which is not including the parts. Tech is detail oriented. If you got money, they are the people to call and fix your electrical problem. Money is the issue for you then you know what to do......Overall service experience is delightful except the cost.
