BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!! This man operates under several addresses. Checkout his rating on the Better Business Bureau website under the 5 Mississippi Trail, Medford, NJ address. He is not accredited and he has an 'F' RATING. He has many unhappy customers!! Check him out on this site under that address also. Why the new address, maybe to try and fly under the radar of his many unhappy customers. Same man!!! Left my house tore apart, billed my insurance company for work and services never rendered. Told me he would do no more work until I signed a new contract voiding most of the work on the original contract. I am working with many organizations such as Consumer Affairs, The Better Business Bureau an other leagal offices. This man needs to be held accountable. Please beware of this man.

Our contract was handled in a professional manner which we appreciated. Your workers were very willing to answer questions and offer explanations, and worked very efficiently. They were very consciensious about the clean up and very nice to my 4 year old daughter who watched them from the window and asked them questions about their equipment.

I have been impressed with the customer service and the efficiency of communications. Both of the roofers I dealt with in the office and on-site were careful and did not damage anything, were extremely pleasant to deal with, and cared for my concerns and my passions. Thanks very much for promptly performing the roof replacement work on my 2 car garage. The first day preparation team did an excellent job of replacing the damaged redwood roof edging so that it looked identical to the original construction. The second day roofng installation team was efficient and professional in their work, producing a very nice looking roof exactly as shown in the literature. I am confident that this will solve our leak problems for many years to come, and the heat insulation will be a welcome additional benefit.

Jerry was prompt, efficient and effective. He stuck to his quoted prices and did a fabulous job on my carpets, sofa and ottoman.

Great job cleaning our carpets. We had some tough stains in one room and Gerry spent extra time working on them. The carpet came up cleaner then I ever would have expected. Easy to schedule appointment and arrived on time. I highly recommend Impact Cleaning and will be using them again in the future.
