On time every time. Andrew was very knowlegdeable and I did not feel pressured during any part of the consultation. I felt very comfortable having this company come into my home and perform the job. The crew was on time, nice, and respected my home. They cleaned up everything after the job was finished. I recommend this company.

The team at Panorama did an outstanding job in installing my new replacement windows. They were on time, completed the job in record time and cleaned up after themselves. They did a wonderful job. I am an engineer and I brought in 3 contractors to bid on my windows. I looked at all 3 bids and jobs that they had done in the past. Andrew was right in the middle with the price. He never missed an appt. he was always on time. The quality of the installation far exceeded the other two companies that I looked at. I highly recommend them.

Andrews presentation was great. Nice guy. The only thing was that I was under the impression that the men coming over were his actual employees. I found out that they are subcontracting. I would of rather hired a contractor that keeps everything in-house but that is my opinion. A couple of weeks after the install we had a bad rain and one of the windows leaked... Of course it was a Friday and we didn't hear back until Monday or Tuesday. The sub contractors came out and recaulked the window. My experience was kind of rough. They got the job done, it was clean when finished.

Very positive experience. Andrew (owner) was courteous and helpful in explaining what was going to be done and what wouldn't be done. The installation crew was quick, clean and skilled. Couldn't ask for anything more than that. Will hire again for other projects.

I thought this was a very good company, they were very much on top of following up with me on scheduling the appointment. When they arrived they were very courtesy, picked up after themselves, not to mention the wonderful job they did on installing the windows. I would most definately use them again in the future if I ever want to have the rest of my windows done.

If you are like me when you are getting a project o this nature done you want to know that you are getting superior customer service at all stages of the process before and after the job is complete. You also want to be assured that you are getting a great rate for a quality product. You want professional courtesy of arriving at the agreed on time and completing the work on time. You want the crew to be respectful of your property as if it was their own. You also want the convenience of being able to reach at any time via phone or email. Andrew Kalman and his crew exceeded my expectations in all facets. Stop your search and save yourself the headache I went thru with having 6 companies come out to my house!"

I hired them to do an isulation of my house, i got an offer in no time, insulation was done 3 days after.
I already feel that the house is much cooler than it was.
Sales guy came back after the insulation was done and made sure everything was ok. Great, professional business.

I've replaced my windows through Panorama Home Improvement company. The sales guy was really nice, give a fair presentation about thir produst and how the installation is done, the same day I got my free estimate from them.
I had several offers however with them there was no breathing on my neck to make a quick decision, no sales tricks. They also educated me on some additional savings that the City offers, which i did not know about. The installation was very quick, cleaned up after themselves. I am actually thinking to do an insulation as well with them.

We had four estimates total. Panorama price was right in the middle. And they are worth every penny. I didn?t think that a construction company would operate in such a professional matter. From the estimating phase until completion of our project, we were informed every step of the way. The communication from Panorama was great; it made us feel at ease. The installation only took one day, although we had 14 windows and 2 patio doors. The installers were clean, professional and always smiling. They did a beautiful job. We are very pleased with the outcome and already referred some friends, one of whom just had they windows installed by Panorama. They are as pleased as we are. Thank you for such a great work and, treating us so fantastic all through out of our project.
