Nu U Medspa

They have a vey professional staff, but unfortunately their services don't really work. They will keep promising you that you will see results soon, but in the meantime, they want you to keep dishing out money. I really wish I would have not spent my hard earned money on their services. This is just a warning; there's a slim chance that the service they provide will work!

NuU Medspa is a rip off. They have sales people who pressure you and trick you to signing a contract. I signed up for photo facial package and they messed up my skin worse than ever. I didn't complete the treatments and they threatened me with a lawsuit if I didn't pay for the whole package. They were rude to me at the Arizona office. DO NOT GO TO THIS RIPOFF PLACE, I spoke to others who had similar bad experiences with this spa.

I started with NU U MEDSPA about a year and a half ago. I did Lipo Dissolve (which is similar to Meso therapy, but better) on my stomach. I was very happy with the results, so I was going to do my arms this past Spring, but I found out that they offer Smart Lipo now, so I opted to do that and I loved it. This past summer is the first time since I was in college that I've worn a bathing suit and sleeveless shirts.
My sister is doing Laser Hair Removal with them. I wish I would've known about NU U MEDSPA years ago because I did my Laser Hair Removal treatments at a well known laser center, and it took me about 16 treatments to see the results that my sister had after just 4 treatments. (And NU U gave me a gift certificate for referring my sister).
Needless to say, I WILL continue to receive treatments from them. I will start doing some skin treatments and maybe I will try Botox.

I am very impressed with the staff and the treatments. This is a place I will recommend to all of the girls. I started with Laser Hair Removal and just finished with Smart Lipo. At first I was skeptical and nervous about the treatments, but soon found that the staff not only specialized in results but more important making me feel at ease with the treatments!

I'm definitely a fan. I was pretty nervous about doing lipo but Dana (manager at the LP location) helped put my mind at ease. The Dr who performed my procedure was very friendly and helped me relax (the pills they supplied me with didn't hurt either :) ) Full service, they even picked me up and dropped me off in a limo the day of the surgery (who does that?! WOW!). I got a pretty good price too. Everything healed up nicely, I got back to working out moderately 2 weeks post op and was pretty much back to normal in a month. Very happy with the follow-up and the Oak brook staff called to check up on me hours after the surgery and then every couple of weeks to check on my recovery. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I truly think the sales people or other reps are planting the positive reviews.
I've had a TERRIBLE experience with them (lipodissolve) that has permanently disfigured me. They not only are refusing to return my money, but will not take my calls.
I have never complained about a company before, but please, please save yourself and don't do business with Nu U.

I started to get sun spots a few years ago, and I noticed that they got worse about 4 months ago, so I went to Nu U Med Spa for a consultation.

I purchased a Photo Facial package with Microdermabrasions and Chemical Peels. I just completed my fifth treatment and I am thrilled with the results. After two treatments the spots were significantly lighter.

Now that I am done with my face, I am going to start another series of Photo Facials on my chest.

Overall, I have been completely happy with the treatments, the results, the staff at NU U Med Spa, and the prices.

**On a side note, I think it is ridiculous when people post things like the posting below. When you fill out all of your paperwork at Nu U Med Spa, it is very clear that they have an exchange only policy. They also make it clear that it is IMPOSSIBLE to guarantee results, as the case with ALL medical and cosmetic procedures. If you initial and sign and agree to these terms, how can you then be angry about it later??**

I cannot believe that I fell for their scheme again! I guess it's because I really wanted to believe what they were promising (results) was true, but I just snapped out of it and realized that they are full of crap!

Let me start from the beginning. About 1.5 years ago I purchased a $2,000 treatment for Lipo Dissolve. After several painful treatments, I saw absolutely NO RESULTS.

After I called to complain, the doctor told me it could take up to a whole year to see the full results. I called a year later and he said I should wait longer or I could come in for more treatments. I said I would wait longer.

Well now it's April 2009 and I left several messages that I wanted a refund back because IT DID NOT WORK. So after a long conversation, the sales person told me that all of the patients who did not get results could get a big discount to try this newest procedure that is GUARANTEED to work. It all sounded good, and of course I want this fat gone, so I scheduled the appointment and paid a deposit for the new treatment.

Ten minutes after realizing that I was an idiot for making the same mistake twice, I decided to call back and cancel my deposit, and try to get back a refund for the first procedure that didn't work.

Gina said that she couldn't give me a refund, but the corporate office would have to call me. She also wouldn't give me the corporate number. Now I am freaking out because other reviews on yelp have said that they have had horrible service from the corporate office (won't call you or won't answer your calls) and it takes 3 months to get a refund on a deposit. I want a refund on my deposit AND on the services that they did that did not work.

Here is an update as of 4/15/09:

Nu U Spa did refund the $1,000 deposit a few days after I posted this review, but they are now saying that they cannot give me a refund for the $2,000 for the services I had done when the company was known as "Sona Med Spa". The truth of the matter is that each Sona Med Spa is independently owned and operated, and when they get sold, the company taking over gets their old client base - which includes unsatisfied clients.

My problem is that Nu U is saying they have no liability and don't have to give me a refund, even though: it's the same location, they do the same procedures, the same doctors work there (including the one who said he would give me a refund if I wasn't satisfied), and the Sona Med Spa corporate office told me that since each Sona Med Spa is independently owned and operated, the good and the bad (clients and complaints) are transfered over to the new company (Nu U Spa).

The Director of Administration at Sona's Corporate Headquarters even told me that the Doctor who promised me a refund if I wasn't satisfied was the owner of that Sona Med Spa location at that time and I should expect my money to come from him, even if he operates under the new name of Nu U Spa.

Nu U has even threatened to SUE me if I don't take down my initial review, so to compromise I am keeping this review updated. I am not slandering anyone, I am speaking the truth, as I only want this matter resolved. I am getting the run around with all parties telling me that I should go after the other company.

I will update this review as soon as I get further information.

I had a consultation last week for Smart Lipo at Nu U Med Spa. The consultant I met with was very nice and very knowledgeable. She asked me a lot of detailed questions about myself, which made me feel comfortable, because in the past, I went to a consultation with a plastic surgeon for Liposuction and he had me undress, looked at my stomach, and gave me a price, without knowing anything about me!I really wanted to purchase the treatment that day because I was excited, but I wanted to do a little research first. I also had scheduled another consultation somewhere else.Nu U Medspa's prices were sightly higher than the other place I went to, but I did a lot of research on both doctors, and the doctor at Nu U Medspa had much more experience with Smart Lipo, so for me it was a no-brainer to pay a little more for the experienced doctor. So far my experience with Nu U Medspa has been very positive, and I am looking forward to my procedure!!! I will update this in a few weeks and let everyone know how it goes.

I purchased Laser Hair Removal from Nu U Medspa last week. They are celebrating their 2 year anniversary, and I was able to get a killer deal on the treatments. I was originally going to just do my upper lip (Since giving birth 4 years ago, I have to regularly wax). Since the promotions were so nice, I opted to also get my underarms, my bikini, and my lower legs done. I was able to get a treatment that same day, and everyone was very nice and very professional. While I was waiting in the lobby, everyone said hi to me and checked on me a few times to see if I needed more water. In the past, I've been to spas where the girls are a bit snooty and uppity, but this is NOT the case at Nu U Mespa. So far, my experience has been very good.
(p.s. I should also add that after just one treatment, I already see dramatic results! I usually have to shave every day, or every other day when I'm being lazy, but I haven't had to shave at all yet and its been a full week).

I received Smart Lipo on my stomach (upper and lower abdominals, and the love handles).I opted for Lipo Dissolve on my chin because I didn't want to have to wear the chin strap for two days (I only had one day off of work),Its been 3 weeks since the Smart Lipo, and I am very pleased with my results. It was money very well spent.I've only done 2 treatments of the Lipo Dissolve on my chin. I didn't see a difference after the 1st treatment, but I did notice a nice difference after my 2nd one. And I still have 4 more to go, so I know that I will be happy with the results.Looking back at it, I wish I would've just done the Smart Lipo on my chin. It would've been very nice to get the results so quickly, as opposed to week by week.For those of you getting Lipo Dissolve, you may want to ask for the organic version. I had a very hard time finding organic lipo dissolve (I came across it last year when I was visiting Italy, which really intrigued me). I am very happy with everyone at NU U MED SPA. All of the doctors, the nurses, the front desk girls, the manager, are all very friendly and very nice.As of now, I'm giving them 4 stars out of 5, but if I continue to see results with my chin, I will change it to 5 stars.

I'm a 32 year-old female personal trainer. I work out 6 days a week. I'm in excellent health and very toned, however no matter how hard I work out my thighs, I just can't get them in the condition that I want. I have pushed and pushed myself for years, and have finally decided to do something about it.I got smart lipo in November and I finally have the shape I want. It was the easiest procedure! Three years ago I had breast augmentation and I thought the recovery would be something like that. But I will put it to you this way: The pain level from the augmentation was an 8.5 out of 10. In comparison, the pain level for Smart Lipo is a 1.5!! Although I push my clients to get themselves into their best possible shape, I know that there are some areas that will just never fully improve without a little help.Bottom line: I'm a big fan of smart lipo, and I'm a big fan of Nu U Med Spa!

Last summer my wife and I took the kids to the beach, and my 13 year old daughter chastised me when I took off my shirt, claiming loudly enough for everyone within a 13-mile radius to hear, "Eww, Dad! You need to wax that back hair!!"Being used to the insensitivity of teenagers, I ignored it, however the following day, I asked my wife to make me an appointment for a wax. The next week, I got waxed, and it was the most PAINFUL, torturous experience! I'd rather look like a grizzly bear than go through that torture ever again!My wife then set me up with permanent laser hair removal at Nu U Med Spa in Oak Brook. This experience was much easier than the waxing. I haven't completed my series of appointments yet, however I already see great improvement, and a large percentage of the hair is gone. The ladies at Nu U Med Spa are very efficient, and very friendly. I always get a reminder call for my appointments. The facility is very nice and very clean. I highly recommend Nu U Med Spa to men and women looking for a change, especially those with teenage daughters who keep them in check, haha.

I had my daughter 14 months ago, and although I've dropped the weight, I was unable to do anything about the looser skin. I briefly toyed around with the idea of a tummy tuck, but I knew I'd never actually bring myself to go the route of surgery.I heard good things about Nu U Medspa from my neighbor, so I went for a free consultation. That same day I bought a package of 9 skin tightening laser treatments (I dont remember the name of the laser). I was frustrated because I didnt see results during the first 3 treatments, but the medical esthetician explained to me about the process of rebuilding the collagen. By the 5th treatment, I started noticing a great improvement. I hadn't told my husband about getting the treatments, but by the 7th treatment, my husband noticed (he doesn't even notice when I change my hair color!). I still have one more treatment left, and I am very satisfied with the results.

Last September, my youngest son went away to college, so instead of letting myself mope about time and loss, like I've seen many of my empty-nester friends do, I decided to celebrate a job well done (I've raised 3 beautiful, healthy children, who are now adults).My friend recommended that I go to Nu U Medspa, so I went and checked it out. I immediately felt comfortable there! The environment was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and even tho there were nurses and doctors there, it still felt like a tranquil spa.That day, I elected to have Botox and Restylane. I did the Botox between my eyebrows, my forehead, and my crows feet. I did the Restylane in my smile lines, and a little bit in my upper lip, which has thinned out over the years.At first I was extremely nervous. When I left, I was paranoid that everyone was pointing at me and thinking that I look like that crazy woman who has had so much plastic surgery that she now looks like a cat!!But as the Botox settled in throughout the week, and as the slight swelling of the Restylane went down, I was THRILLED with the results!! I've gotten compliments that I look 10 years younger. So last month, I signed up for some skin tightening treatments, and when I'm done with those treatments, I am going to do Smart Lipo!!

I was devastated when I found out that I was pre-menopausal. 46 is still YOUNG in my mind.I gained weight around my midsection, I had horrible insomnia, and my libido took a nose dive, I was hesitant to try the drugs, particularly the synthetic hormones. I did a ton of research of my options, because I refused to believe that I could live the rest of my 40's like this, let alone the rest of my life.Everything changed 4 months ago when I went to Nu U Medspa (The Nu U Wellness division) and I met with Dr. Shah, the natropathic doctor. She introduced me to natural remedies that I have never heard of before, such as hydrotherapy and Myers cocktails. I've already lost the 12 stubborn pounds, and I'm sleeping better than I ever have before. The "libido" change is a bit personal, but I will put it this way... My husband is going to be very pleased with his Valentines Day gift next week!! <wink wink>

Had this done in december of 07 by a nurse at the maritage location and was very happy with the results.
I had radiesse and it lasted exactly a year and the bnotox did only last for 3 months but it definately made a huge difference.

In September 2008, I had a consultation in the Oak Brook, IL (next to Oakbrook Mall) location for Chemical Peels because of my acne scars. I had adult onset acne in my early 20's, and even though I no longer have active acne, the scars have always made me very self concious.

Like most women out there, I have tried every product under the sun. I've also had chemical peels and microdermabrasions from the salon/spa that I go to for my hair. But a friend told me about Nu U Med Spa and said that the chemical peels and microdermabrasions that they do there are different because its a medical center. Since she was very happy with her results, I decided to give it a try.

When I first called, I was a little aggravated that they wouldn't just book me an appointment for a Chemical Peel. The Consultant I spoke with over the phone told me that she would need to meet with me first and take a look at my skin and get my medical history. I explained to her that I've had peels before, but she still insisted that I meet with her first because they have different types of peels and they have different types of skin treatments, and that she needs to look at my skin, find out what type of results I am looking for, and get my medical history.

That made sense to me! So even tho I was aggravated at first, my feeling changed during the conversation. After I hung up the phone, I felt confident that I was in good hands... and it made me feel good that they were willing to invest time in getting to know me, instead of just taking my money for a Chemical Peel.

When I went in, I met with the Consultant. She looked at my skin, and spent around 15-20 minutes asking me several questions about me, my background, and about the results I'd like to see.

I told her that I have realistic expectations that I know that isn't possible to have clear smooth skin! She smiled when I said this and then said to me, "So forget about what's possible and whats not possible! What type of results would you like to see?" I laughed and sheepishly said, "I'd love to have clear, smooth skin! I'd love to go out without a ton of make-up on!"

Then we begin discussing my options. She talked to me about chemical peels and microdermabrasions, which is what I had come in for. And she told me the type of results I can expect from these treatments. But then she told me about Pixel, which is a skin resurfacing laser. She explained to me how it would help me, and how it would help me to have nice skin!

I admit that I was a bit skeptical! (If this procedure is so great, how come I've never heard about it before?). However, she was very knowledgable, and she answered all of my questions.

We went over pricing, and the Pixel treatment was MUCH more than I had planned on spending. I was a little nervous to spend the money on something that I wasn't 100% certain wouldn't work! I knew that my husband may get angry, but I decided to go ahead and do it!! She recommended 6 treatments for me, but I decided to just start with 3 treatments, and if I liked it, I would purchase more.

I was able to get my first treatment that same day! The treatment was done by a nurse, who was also very friendly and very knowledgable. There were parts of the treatment that felt VERY hot, but over all, it was a very easy experience! Afterwards, my face felt very hot and tight for a few hours, and it was pretty red. I was a little worried about going to work the next day and looking like I had "work" done.

They recommended that I use a gel based make-up, which worked wonders!! (I'm drawing a blank on the name of it!). My skin started peeling and flaking 6 days later (which they had told me would happen), so I went in for my microdermabrasion and that helped a lot.

After just one week, my skin looked so much better and healthier!! One treatment was more effective than the year of chemical peels I had previously done! I did purchase the additional treatments that the Consultant recommended because I was now a believer! And even though my husband was angry at me first for taking money out of our savings account without consulting with him about it, he did tell me (after the 2nd treatment) that it was money well spent, and he could tell how happy I was feeling about myself.

As to date, I have completed 4 treatments (and I have 2 left). So far the results have exceeded my expectations. I saw family at Christmas that I haven't seen in years, and I received so many compliments (and even though I was blushing at all the attention, deep down inside, I loved it!)!

I look forward to completing my treatments with Nu U Med Spa, and I am ready to try some different things as well! The next things on my checklist are Smart Lipo, and Myer's Cocktails (I know what I'll be asking for on Valentine's Day!)

I signed up for a Spa package. I received most of the services, and noticed none of the benefits they claimed. I complained to the credit card company about what I thought was fraudulent advertisement. The credit card company gave me a full refund in June of 2008. Today, six months later, I receive a threatening letter from Nu U MedSpa in Las Vegas demanding that I pay them nearly four thousand dollars in 10 days or they will turn me over to Transworld Services, Inc. It almost sounds like a bookie or loan shark threatening me. I contacted the Attorney General's office right away. This is very scary!

I've been wanting to do laser hair removal ever since I was a teenager (at the time it was "electrolysis"), but my mom told me that it was only for the rich and famous!However now that I have kids of my own, I decided its about time I do something for myself! And since I've been spending money on waxing and razors for years, I know that in the long run, doing laser hair removal is going to save me so much money and time!I've completed 3 treatments (out of 6) on my legs, my bikini area, my underarms, and my upper lip... and I am amazed at the results! I know that I still have to go back 3 more times (because of the different growth cycles of hair), but I'm already very very pleased with how things are coming along.I did a lot of research about laser hair removal before I went to Nu U Med Spa. My gynecologist also does Laser Hair Removal, but I knew how busy her schedule was (I usually wait an hour whenever I go see her for my regular visits). When I went in for a consultation at Nu U, I instantly had a good feeling about the people and the place. Everyone was warm, friendly, and GENUINE. They answered all my questions, and I was able to get a treatment that SAME DAY!I've recently heard that there is some type of law that is trying to be passed in IL about only a doctor being able to operate a laser. HORRIBLE IDEA, ladies! Like I said, my gynecologist offers Laser Hair Removal, but I feel much more comfortable with a Medical Esthetician! The estheticians I deal with at Nu U are far MORE experienced on the lasers then my doctor! Plus, imagine the COST of the treatments if we have to pay Doctors to do this treatment. This bothers me a lot, because I have a lot of friends who are now interested in Laser Hair removal after hearing me rave about it. Plus, there are some other laser treatments I want to get such as Pixel Skin Resurfacing!Okay, I will get off my soap box now! Bottom line is I love Nu U Med Spa, and I love my results from Laser Hair Removal, and I'm looking forward to many more wonderful treatments and procedures in the future.

Ladies, this is NOT the same as the traditional Liposuction our moms had to endure. This is the most advanced treatment for fatt removal!!

I am very happy with my results! The staff and the doctors are friendly, down to earth, and very knowledgable and professional!

I've had painful ingrown hairs on my bikini and underarms areas since I was 13 years old. I used to dread summer because I had no choice but to shave (waxing irritated it even more!).

Nu U Medspa is my new best friend, lol. Even after just one treatment of Laser Hair Removal, I saw a noticable difference!! The hairs were growing back so much slower and even thinner! I've done 5 treatments so far, and probably need 1 or 2 more! Now, for the first time ever, I'm disappointed that summer is over! I'm looking forward to buying sleeveless (gasp!) shirts next summer!

As far as price goes. I have friends that paid a little less than I did for their Laser Hair Removal. I don't want to name names, but I have two friends that went to two different "chains" of Laser Centers. I knew that my skin was extra sensitive, so I knew that it would be worth it to pay a little more! And thank goodness I did! And another HUGE difference between Nu U Medspa and the places my girlfriends went is the number of treatments! One of my friends is on her TWELFTH treatment and doesn't have half the results that I have after 5 treatments!! She is disappointed about having to spend more money, but I convinced her to give Nu U Medspa a try!

So, in my opinion, Nu U Med Spa may cost a little more money upfront, but in the long run, it is actually much more cost effective, and much less time consuming because you will need FEWER treatments and will get your results QUICKER.

Now that I'm almost done, I'm ready for some more NU U Medspa services! Even tho I don't have any problems with ingrown hairs on my legs, I'm going to start lasering the hair off! And they have a service called Smart Lipo that is an advanced version of Liposuction that I'm probably going to do on my stomach and love handles.

I just finished a 3-week series of Laser Lipo and I am very satisfied with the results.

Because I am on a very strong dosage of the prescription medication Coumadin, I have been advised against getting any type of treatments that involve multiple injections or any type of surgery.

So I was extremely HAPPY to find out that Nu U Medspa has a treatment to get rid of fat and cellulite with a laser! I went into the med spa 3 times a week for 3 weeks, and I went down two pants size!!!!

I love Nu U and can't wait to try their other treatments!

I've been to many of the Nu U locations (I've been getting several different types of treatments for over a year now).

I've had Laser Hair Removal, their Homeopathic Lipo Dissolve, Photo Facials, and I have an appointment next week for Smart Lipo. I'm super excited about this, and I will post my reviews about it.

I'm very pleased with my treatments and experience at Nu U Medspa and plan on being a customer for life!

This is less a spa than it is a used car dealership. Their hard sell tactics are misleading and irreversible. Do not fall for their disingenuous sales pitch... as a matter of fact, it is advised that you don't even walk through the door as they will not allow you to leave until you have been shamed and coerced into purchasing a package of substandard procedures (seriously, the microdermabrasion I received earlier this year at Bliss was an infinitely better experience than NuU's). They're like the Amway of spas. This site really needs a 0 star option for special cases like this.

Please think twice before giving this place any business... hopefully, if enough people avoid this travesty of a spa it will shut down under the weight of its own disreputable practices.

Was interested in laser hair removal since puberty, however was always told my darker skin could not be treated. Was oh-so happy to find out the skeptics were oh-so wrong. I COULD get laser hair removal. And I DID get laser hair removal. And I WILL get more laser hair removal when done with this series.
Had 5 treatments (in unmentionable area) and am very happy. Girl who does my treatments said i should sign up to be the next spokesperson for them... they have contest going on website for clients, and winner gets $5000 in other treatments of choice, and gets to be spokeswoman. Am thinking about it!!! Would love to get $5000 of free stuff!

UPDATE: after posting my opinion, read others.
silly people posting silly things. u cant just get one treatment and expect hair to be gone. Takes more than 1 treatment since hair is growing in different phases. and what is that other one talking about 50% BS? didnt get 50% off... dang, wish i was there when that "bs" was going on. any way u look at it, far worth it even if didnt get half off. when auntie was upset abt me spending money, we added up how much she spent on waxing over past 5 years... dang, she coulda had her whole body lasered, and then some! love it when i win arguments.

I have been looking for a med spa in Chicago that offered lipodissolve because I recently moved into the city. I went in for a consultation and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. They made sure I was educated about the services that I would be getting and answered the many many quesitons that I had. Even more impressive than the service and the location, I am so happy with the results. This came in perfect time for my summer bikini. Thanks Nu U for the amazing service!!

I have to say I am price shopping and I am so glad I didn't read all of this first because I am sure I would have walked in with a preconceived idea or something. I have to say they called me before my appointment o make sure I was comfortable with directions and parking. The energy you get when you walk in everyone is so nice. Offered water and very friendly. I had a consult with a nice lady who really knew her stuff. I have to say I can't afford the treatments but I am working on that. I am saving and trying to get a cosigner. I was talking to an existing client in the lobby who already lost 4 in in 2 treatments. I will keep you updated once I start my treatments.

Hi, I posted a very negative review based on my experience and negative reviews I had read on the Internet. I purchased a package from Nu U in Lincoln Park for 5 photo facials. Unfortunately, my sun damage did not show until around the 4th session and my skin did not look better. I did not pursue the 5th one and instead called to talk with Laura the regional manager. I was unaware that the reason Laura did not call me right away was because she was in fact on vacation. I got upset and posted a very negative review of Nu U/Lincoln Park. When she returned she called me right away (couple days later) and she has gone above and beyond to get my beautiful skin back in fact it's going to look even better! She understood how I felt and made me feel so much better that everything was going to be ok. She was very concerned and set everything up for me. She actually just called me to follow up on how things were going. I have not seen this sort of customer service in a long time. I was just so happy after I spoke with her and really felt it was going to be fine. One thing I did not realize until after I talked with Laura was that Nu U was under several different managers in the past who did not care about their customers and only did see the $ signs. Since Laura has taken over things have changed and I can say I will return to receive more services. Angela at Lincoln Park is my girl and she is ALWAYS upfront regarding true expectations. You go in knowing it all. Unfortunately, I did not buy my Photo Facial package from her. One thing I can say as someone who was in the advertising field some time is that negative reviews are more common than the positive ones and I am a perfect example of this. I took the time to write a neg. review and now I want to clarify this particular situation to one that was actually a positive experience in the end. I do recommend Nu U in Oakbrook and Lincoln Park. Everyone is friendly and actually I dont get the pushy sales reviews.... I never experienced that. Good luck with your services :) You're in great hands!!!

Pain free and result free too. Complete waste of money. Had an underarm laser hair removal treatment and there was absolutely no difference. They put the hard sell on right away since they know you would never come back otherwise. Don't waste your time. I am light skinned with dark hair and had an underarm laser hair removal at a different place which actually worked so I know what the results should be and this place did not deliver.

I had 6 treatments in the bikini area and 4 treatments in the underarm area. All of the hair is still there. They showed me one little tiny patch in the bikini area where it seems to be working. After spending $900+ in the bikini area alone, this leaves me unsatisfied. The machine is an all purpose machine where they put a tip on it for laser hair removal. See a laser hair removal doctor who uses lasers that are devoted solely to hair removal. The sales person tells you what you want to hear and comes out with a contract. I wouldn't mind it if it worked but it doesn't and I have fair skin with jet black hair which is the best for seeing results.
