Glass Doctor

I called Glass Doctor when I had a rock chip turn into a massive foot-long imperfection. I made an appointment for them to come to my home from 1-5pm the next day. I went to school and returned home to find a message from them. I had to listen to it 3 times because it was so hard to understand the guy. I left him a message to call me back and never heard from him. When 4:40pm rolled around, I called the girl back that I had initially talked to and she said that he had come by in the morning when I had told her specifically that I would be in class. Her excuse was that her manager was the one who makes up the schedule and she wasn't there. She then went on to tell me that her installer was already way down south and he wouldn't make it back to Round Rock today. I informed her that he could either come do it today or not do it at all. I told her that it was poor business the way everything had been handled. She told me there was nothing she could do so I told her to cancel my appointment and I would take my business elsewhere. She said ok fine and that was it. They were rude and unwilling to accomodate me even though it was there error. I would never recommend them to anyone.
