Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic gave me great service and were honest with me about what was needed for my car. I am so tired of auto repair places that lie and give you the lowest price and when your car is in a million pieces Jack the price up. Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic will always get my business.

I am new to the area and was looking for a reliable auto repair place. A number of colleagues at work referred me to this shop. I have taken both my vehicles there for repair work. I found there charges reasonable and the staff is very courteous. The fact that it is family run business definite adds a personal touch to their customer service. They were prompt in dropping me off to my work and picking me up in the evening while they worked on the vehicles. They were so nice to even open the shop on a Sunday to give me the delivery of the vehicle.

I will not hesitate to recommend others to try this shop.

Some people say.. "You can never find a great and honest auto repair shop." Well I got some news for you! I have found the best/honest shop. The guys at Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic took great care of my car and fixing it. Also great care in my wallet as well! The dealership that I use to always take my car into wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to get some minor work done. So.. then on my way home from the dealership I happened to drive by Fullerton Auto Repair Shop so I decided to stop by and get a second opinon on what the dealer said I needed for my car. Well long story short I didnt need half the stuff that the dealership said I needed, Jim and Bill were my wallet savers! Thanks guys! The car is running great. I will forsure be back the next time I need something done!

My boss has a fleet of five trucks that we bring to thier shop and even thou i am just an employe they treat me like i signed the checks and go ablove and beyond on my own personal concerns about the vehicle i will be driveing saftly when there done.Fair friendly service and expedited to suit the needs of our crew.

I have been using this shop for a couple of years and you will not find a more honest auto repair shop anywhere!! I put my car in for a break job and a front wheel alignment. When I called to get my total for the job they told me I did NOT need the alignment so no charge for it, just the breaks and a few small things I did need.! How many shops would have charged for the alignment when they did not do it, most I would think!! They are younger than me so they have my business for life!

A good honest auto repair mechanic is hard to come by. I know because I am a car dealer in northern CA. After a thorough search oin the internet I came to choose Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic's Body Shop to take care of my sons car. He is living in PLacentia while going to school, but the other night his car was broken into at his own apartment. We've already begun to look for new housing but for now he needed his car fixed. They broke his window, stole his radio, gps, laptop, and school books. We went through state farm insurance. The repair shop handled everything and worked well to get my sons car repaired quickly. While it was there we had them fix a couple of other things, new brakes, broken door handle and some others. Even though I'm far away while all this is going on, I'm relieved to find and auto repair that would take care of my sons car while he is away at school. Next order of business is new housing then car alarm.

Hands down the best auto repair around. I had a pretty bad car problem of overheating. As I called around to different auto repair places I found that people were pretty rude and didn't really care unless of course i brought my car to them. When I called Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic the story was much different. Jim talked to me for probably fifteen minutes getting information about when it was overheating, after how long of a drive, did I see any thing leaking. After this little interview he gave me a list of possibilities to the cause. Of course when calling around I was not looking for someone to diagnose my needed repair over the phone, but Jim spent the time on the phone to give me a good idea of what repair and cost I could be expecting. I didn't decide to take my car here because it was the lowest price, I chose because I was given an honest assessment of what to expect. It was like night and day talking to Jim when compared to the other calls I made. This really is a special place and I will happily recommend them to you all.

Read some really good things about this shop, so I decided to give them a try after I backed my car into my garage door. I spoke with Jim over the phone and got an appointment that same day. After having Jim take a look at my damaged bumper and broken tail light, I was given an estimate. The repair estimate looked pretty good so I gave the go ahead. After the repairs were done, I recieved a phone call letting me know my car was ready. I took a quick look at my car, outstounding job, paid the bill and went on my way happily.
I would imagine my next visit will be just as pleasent, lets just hope its not too soon!

I could not be happier with the level of service I receive at Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic and Body. I've been here many times over the past few years and not once have i been disappointed. Oil changes tend to be sort of slow, but I refuse to take my car anywhere else for anything else. Most recently I had my son's car in for brakes after a 30K mile complimentary service was done at the dealership. The dealership quoted an outrageous amount to do brakes, belts, coolant flush, etc. When I called my shop it was hundreds less, again reinforcing my view. The job was completed that same day. Five star service and great pricing.

Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic is the best. I took my car in to get an estimate after I had gotten into an accident last week. It wasn't really that bad, but since it wasn't my fault I wanted my car fixed ASAP.

The estimate was thorough but quick. As was the repair. Jim kept me updated with what was happening with the insurance comppany. I got my car back in just a few days and was completely satisfied with their work. My car looked dang good!

If you get in an accident you should definately take your car to Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic to get fixed.

I've been takingmy cars and my family's cars here for about a year. I've recommended them to friends but have never reviewed them until now. I'm writing this because my daughter had been spending a lot of time at school studying for her finals (I'm so proud). She called me at work, upset saying some one ran into her car while it was parked at at the campus and the rear bumper was hanging off. She was so upse tbecause she made plans to go out with friends the rest of the week to celebratethe end of the semester, and didn't think she'd have her car. I called in immediately and explained to Jim my understanding of the condition. We had drive it over to get repaired. The next day i picked it up on my way home from work and surprised my daughter. They did such a fantastic job on such short notice, and it really made my daughters day. IRecommend because the people here can be relied on even in a pinch. I mentioned a little slow because they were supposed to have my car for 6 days and ended up having it for 11 days but, they did an amazing job on my car. They were very, very honest! I drove in and told them my transmission needed to be rebuilt but after they took a look at it they found it was a minor problem and saved me $1700. They also changed my timing belt for an incredible price and replaced my water pump for no additional cost. I will never go anywhere else!

This auto body shop staffs some of the most knowledgable and efficient people I've met. I brought my 2008 Ford F-150 in to get repaired. Coming out of a resturant in downtown fullerton I saw my drivers side door was completely smashed in, looked like another car ran into it because there was a bunch of black paint on my white truck. I filed my claim with Mercury Insurance and decided to take the truck to Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic & Body Shop after reading some of the great reviews and recommendations all over the internet. I thought this many people cannot be wrong so I felt confident they would do my truck justice.

When I got there Jim explained the entire process to me. Everything from working with the insurance company, ordering parts, and the various processes of repairing and painting the truck, along with a timeline for how it would go. I was pretty impressed and upon leaving knew I made the right choice.

My truck was at the shop for less than a week and when I got the call to pick it up on Friday and was bummed because they close up at 5:00 and I get off at 7:00 on fridays. Jim said, don't worry about that and told me to just call him on Saturday when I wanted to pick it up and he would meet me down at the shop. I agreed, called him around 2:00 on saturday afternoon, picked up my truck and it looked just great!

Thank you Jim for a job well done I will definately be back with my sisters miata I was telling you about!

A good, honest, and reasonable mechanic is usually a difficult thing to find. I took my Explorer here after having check engine light issues and could not figure out the problem. Jim took the time to run multiple tests to pinpoint the problem, rather than replacing the entire EGR system. Now, I am getting exceptional gas mileage and am very happy with the work that was done - and the price for the that matter! Go here for straight-forward quotes and amazing customer service.

Jim is honest, friendly and efficient! Great work on my 2008 Acura TL. I had about 20% rear-end damage totaling to about 9K in repair, paid completely by insurance and he took care of ALL paperwork for me! Car looks brand new again, like it never happened!

This guy would stretch himself an extra mile just to have me satisfied. Truly, has an customer I really feel very WELL treated and by experiencing this, I'm back on my faith in these two words "Customer Service"

I WAS IN NEED OF A MECHANIC. MINE HAD CLOSED HIS SHOP AND I HAD USED HIM FOR 20 YEARS. A SEARCH ON CITY SEARCH LED ME TO FULLERTON AUTO CLINIC. I AM SO GLAD THAT I FOUND THIS SHOP. I HAD NOISES THAT I DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE. COME TO FIND OUT I HAD A BAD AXEL AND BEARINGS. I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT THEY DID AUTO BODY AND PAINT AND WERE ABLE TO FIX MY BUMPER AND SOME SCRATCHES DOWN THE SIDE. ALL WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. THE OFFICE STAFF AND MECHANICS ARE ALL REAL NICE AND KNOWLEDGABLE. THEY GAVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SO NOW I WILL BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

I would like to thank the guys here. I was having such a time with my car and nobody could figure it out. I had been stranded several times and i needed my car for work. The men here finally got the diagnostics right, I had a sensors that had gone bad. It was a $75.00 part and I was extremely happy with the prompt service. The mehanics really know what they are doing here. I will trust them with any of my families cars and recommend them to any of my friends. It nice to finally find an honest mechanic. The office staff was very nice and helpful.. The money I saved here was in the hundreds.

Our family mechanic was on a tight schedule so I took my car here because they had openings. I had been having some wierd things going on with my car and just wanted to get everything checked out. They called me two hours after I dropped it off and said they changed a radiator hose for $37 (so much for a free estimate...) and that my transmission needed to be totally rebuilt for $1250. Luckily our other mechanic was able to see us the next day and said nothing was wrong with the transmission I just had a stuck shift solenoid! I trusted them because they had great reviews on here, more than anyone else, but don't make the same mistake as me! Get a second opinion at the very least!

I have taken my car in to many mechanics and have either been lied to or given estimates that were over priced or did not reflect the work being done. I read the reviews on Fullerton Automotive and decided to give them a shot. I was really impressed at how knowledgeable both Jim and Bill were when it came to my car. I took my car in to get my Air Condition fixed and Bill was able to identify the problem in half a day. He explained the issue to me in a way that made sense and took care of the problem at a fraction of the price that I expected to pay. If you want a mechanic that really knows their stuff and does exactly what is needed at a great price, take your car into these guys. I've been looking all over for a good mechanic and I won't take my car any place else now.

Every time i take my car in for some mechanic work at this auto repair shop the job is done quickly. It also costs less than when i used to take it to the toyota dealer for service. Oh and did i mention they don't treat my like an idiot and write me off like the service advisor did at the unnamed toyota store. Enough of the bitterness, I am much happier now and always pleased with the way my car as well as myself is treated.

I go to Fullerton college, and was recently involved in an accident. I had a bad experience last time i was in an accident...the insurance took forever to cover the damage. So, I searched the internet for a auto repair shop in fullerton, ca that did paint and body and collision repair and found fullerton automotive clinic. I felt comfortable reading the reviews because basically everyone writing was praising their repairs. After talking with them i also felt confident that the insurance coverage would be done quickly. I got my car back and the damage was gone, it looked great and they dealt with the other persons insurance company for me. This was truely hassel free. I am satisfied with the timeliness and quality of collision repairs. I would absolutely reccommend fullerton automotive clinic for anyone who is involved in and accident and needs some collision repairs done through insurance company or not. A-plus work. I will be going back in a few weeks to get mky brakes and shocks done too.

I met Jim, one of the owners at scratch billiards in La mirada. I knew he had a mechanic shop but didn't know he also did collision work. When he saw that my front end was wrecked, he said i should come in to get it fixed. I jumped at the opportunity because I do hard wood flooring, and when i meet potential clients, it seems that i am getting fewer jobs because of the unprofessional appearance of my truck. I needed a new bumper, hood, and repair to my front fender. They did all this in 2 days and my truck came out looking perfect. It seems too, that i am closing more jobs because my truck isnt looking like junk anymore. I am grately thankful, and since then Jim and I have become good friends. I send him all the business i can find. Not because we became buddies, but because i was really happy with the work.

First of all i'd like to point out that I am a female and have learned to always get a second opinion when it came to a repair estimate. I am used to being gouged for parts that i later find out i really didn't need...at least not in the urgent manner that was proposed. This place is different. I was turned on to them by my brother who gets his work truck serviced there. I usually talk to Bill when i go there and he is very helpful and honest. I feel like i can finally trust that i am not getting ripped off. I will always take my corolla in to get serviced there and i tell all of my co-workers and friends about this place.

A few weeks ago i was rear ended and the lady didnt have insurance. i didnt want my rate to go up so i didnt turn a clain into my insurance agent. My neighbor reccommend i go here to get an estimate he said they do good work. The estimate was a bit lower than estimates i was getting from other shops. So, I took my blazer in for what I thought was an idle problem resulting from bad valves, Or at least that is what my old mechanic told me. He also gave me some riduculous amount I would have to pay to fix it. I wanted a second opinion, found Fullerton Automotive Clinic on the web and felt comfortable taking my truck in because of the good reviews they had. I took it in and they diagnosed it as bad timing. They timed it correctly, called me about an hour later and told me my car was ready for pick up. I was a little hesitant thinking that couldnt have been the whole problem. Turns out they were right. I saved a ton of money, and my truck is running perfect.
