Oxymagic of Pittsburgh has always been most helpful in providing information and advice on how to care and clean for our carpets. They are professional and reliable and complete all carpet cleaning as scheduled.

They did a great job on our carpets. I didn't have to move heavy furniture, or spend the day away from the house to avoid noxious fumes. The cleaning products smelled good and left the house smelling like a pleasant air freshener, not like chemicals. No crunchy carpet either!

Excellent service WOW!!! Is what we experienced today with our newly cleaned carpeting, especially our foyer carpet. It looks like new! The technicians were prompt, friendly, professional and hard workers.

Your staff is very friendly and great at what they do. When I call for appointments, I`m always greeted with an upbeat attitude and provided a date and time to fit my schedule. Keep up the goo work. Nathan does an excellent job!! Doing daycare in my home, I feel my carpet has lasted longer than what it should. And each time I get a cleaning, the carpet looks brand new again.

In one word Outstanding! Whatever you are paying, it isn`t enough. First impression over the phone is everything to me. The woman on phe phone sold your service with effeciency and extreme courtesy. Trust that you mean what you say and back up your services. Enough said. Nathan was courteous and efficient. He pointed out options and trouble spots on my carpets then proceeded to make them look new again.

Perfect! Wonderful! Expensive but worth it-they look brand new everytime! Always look great! Nice people to work with. Thank you! Thank you! We get spots and stains alot with kids and they always get them out, even after I tried
