Great follow up to make sure staff showed up. Staff was great and very flexible as I had carpet cleaners unexpectedly arrive at the same time. They took it in stride and they didn't skip a beat. I'd have probably given them five stars, but in the mayhem, one item was missed. They still did extremely well, and I will probably use them again.
