We had an excellent experience with Pacific Custom Flooring. The sales manager, spent a lot of time with us in their showroom and brought several samples of wood to our home for us to look at. He had a great sense of style and provided helpful recommendations. He was usually punctual, but when he was running late, he would always call us to apologize. His father, who supervised the work, was courteous and friendly, and the installation crew was hardworking and neat. We had expected the work to take 7 days to complete, but they completed it in just 4 days. We would hire them again, they've already done all our floors!
