We had an excellent experience with Pacific Custom Flooring. The sales manager, spent a lot of time with us in their showroom and brought several samples of wood to our home for us to look at. He had a great sense of style and provided helpful recommendations. He was usually punctual, but when he was running late, he would always call us to apologize. His father, who supervised the work, was courteous and friendly, and the installation crew was hardworking and neat. We had expected the work to take 7 days to complete, but they completed it in just 4 days. We would hire them again, they've already done all our floors!

They did an excellent job in putting in hardwood floors at a most reasonable price. In fact after my upstairs neighbor saw my new floors he hired them to put new floors in his condo also. The floors turned out better than I had ever expected. Good quality wood and excellent workmenship, my home looks like it could now be in Better Homes and Garden

did not hire them as I found someone considerably cheaper who has done a great job. Pacific Custom Flooring was the only one that responded to my requiest, and their rep. worked hard to get the job. May yet use them in the future.

Work seemed to be high quality. The only issue I had was the need for t-molding. Wish it was not needed, but maybe was unavoidable. They cleaned up well after themselves which I was thankful for.
