Just like junemarie82 says on her review, he will send the techs without any money for the rebate... they wont give you any invoice and like her experience " he is on his way with the monies" he wont aswer the calls they will go directly

I am a auto glass shop owner in northern AZ and I did work for this man. and ever since the work was completed he never payed me and avoids all my calls. good luck getting any good work from him.

My only experience with Coyote Autoglass was very positive. We were on ready to head out on a family vacation and we accidentally shoved too much stuff into our van's trunk that it shattered the back windshield. \r

Coyote Auto Glass has laughable customer service. I was guaranteed to have my broken window replaced by 9am the day after I had my car broken into. They finally showed up after 3pm so my car sat with my window broken in my work parking lot...totally unprotected all day. They said they would vacume all the glass and open the door panel to get glass out. They didn't and said it was my fault for not having an electrical plug in available and I should work with them because their plug in their car was burned out. Said they would have it tinted when they installed it and when that didn't happen they said they would have the tinter call that day. A week later after multiple messages I get a call from the tint company to say they will fix it but are kinda worried cuz they are doing it as a favor and were afraid they would not get paid. I finally was told due to my bad experience they would take my car and get it detailed. They picked it up barely vacummed the glass (there was still some in the door and in the seat) and threw away some trash. I left multiple messages and never received a call back. Then I called the secretary and she informed me that "There are more important things than this" and hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Their phone numbers are disconnected and I can't even get a hold of them to finish the job my insurance company paid for.

From my understanding the job and service was done thorough and professional. We the call to confirm a reschedule later in the afternoon, if there was any power source available so we can vaccum out the glass. Her response was "YES". We get to the site and I asked her where the power source is so I can plug in the vaccum, and her answer was, "Whats a power source" then I begin to explain what a power source was and with out a power source we can not vaccum out the glass.
The customer got upset. She had a choice to go with a different shop right then in there, but she had me continue the work. After job was completed I told her that she could take it to a car wash and get the rest of the glass cleaned out and I would pay for the bill. I also included the window tint for her inconvience. I had the tinter go out and take a look at it but notice that there was little pieces of glass on the track. My tinter did not want to void any warrenty. So he had to wait till the glass was cleaned up before he could tint. The was upset so she called the office and the secretary told her we would give her a detail, which I truly apologize the misunderstanding I told the secretary that I would offer a complete wash and she understood that as a detail. The customers car got a complete wash and vaccum, and we back and took the door panel off to see what was left in the door to vaccum out. From my understanding everything went well and was unaware of the conversation my secretary had with the customer about a complete detail.
Customer service is our main goal and the importance is making customers very happy. I truely believe in taking care of a customers car as if it was my own. Again, I apologize for the inconvience and I felt we dealt with this situation in professional maner. I apologize for the lack of the customer service from the secretary, and she is no longer with the company. Customer continues to call the office and harass the staff, and the job is already completed.
