There's lots to like about La Paz Day Spa. The main thing for me, though, is the preciseness with which they go about performing their services. They know their stuff and then some. And they always welcome you like you're their favorite person in the whole wide world. And they're fun/funny. Check 'em out for yourself.

I love La Paz Day Spa, I have very tricky eyebrows, for years I searched for someone that can do them to fit my face! I hate skinny and poorly arched, odd unnatural shaped eyebrows, glad to say my search stopped when I found Adriana!! She is great! I love my eyebrows now! She also does my facials. My skin is very sensitive and breaks out with anything; however, with this facial my face feels and looks better, the mini massage at the end is plus! I have been going to this spa for a few years now and I love it, wouldn't change it for anything! I highly recommend it! P.S. If you are getting your eyebrows done for the first time, I recommend you let them grow out as much as you can so you can give her as much to work with! :)

I love this place! Everyone is super nice, friendly and the service is great. I've been getting my Brazillian wax and facials with Adriana for years and I'm still always impressed. During my recent pregnancy Adriana took good care of me during my Brazilian wax and worked very carefully around my baby bump and made me feel real comfortable. I would highly recommend her work as well as the other ladies. The ladies are all super talented! And what ties it all together is the spa's cool decorations and I appreciate the free beverages and snacks while I wait. Great, great, great. :)

Adriana has waxed and tinted my brows for some time now. She is the best!! So I decided to have her tatoo my eye brows this week. They look awesome! She is extremely talented and I would not trust any one else to do it. La Paz is beautiful and has such a relaxing friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to everyone!!

A few days ago I went to La Paz to get my hair trimmed and colored by Cindy. She is amazing! She gave me exactly what I asked for. I have received so many compliments on my color!!! I cant wait to go back for a massage!!!

I went to La Paz for a pedicure & a massage a few days before Christmas and it was incredible!!! The girls there are so nice,it has the feel of a family owned business where everyone knows everyone. The girl that did my nails is insanely good!!! She was so thorough and precise. The massage therapist was also one of the best I've had.She gives a great deep tissue massage.The spa is also as beutiful as it is friendly, I will recomend it to everyone!!!

I had some awful experiences at spas in Houston, so I walked into this one with caution. My experience was amazing and I will be a customer for life!! \r

La Paz doesn't make many of the common mistakes that I found at similar spas (ie: acting snobby, pushing products, etc). The prices are very reasonable (significantly less than some of the competition) and the staff is friendly and always willing to help.\r

Since my first experience at La Paz, I have returned to have permanent make up, waxing, massage and my hair done. I have been satisfied by every experience. However, once I was in La Paz when a wedding party was getting ready and one girl was not quite happy with her hair. She didn't even have to mention anything, just her reaction, and her stylist began the whole thing over again, all while being as nice as I have ever seen anyone be for a redo (being that this is going to set her whole secedule back). They aim to please.\r

I can't say enough good things about La Paz. Give them a try and you will feel beautiful and satisfied!

I heard about this place from my coworker and she said that LaPaz was a friendly day spa in her neighborhood. Before I even got to the door a man came up to my window and asks for money from me. I almost left. I decided to walk in and it was nicely decorated in a mexican style decor. The young lady was way too happy and assumed I would be too although my stylist was running late. I had my hair service and it was horrible! I had my regular stylist fix it and he laughed at me. I read that it was a nice place but I should have known better when I saw it was connected to a convenience store. La Paz isnt what they make it out to be. I will never go back there again !

After going to a Visible Changes salon for years, I just recently had my hair colored and cut at La Paz and LOVED it! Norma colored and cut my hair for me and did an unbelievable job! She gave comments and opinions on color samples that she thought would look good on me, and when all was finished, my hair looks amazing!\r

Everyone there is super friendly. It reminds me of one of those small family-owned restraunts where everyone knows everyone and is on a first name basis. The stylists are more about the client sitting in their chair, unlike Visible Changes, which seems to be more about the money being made!\r

I would definately recommend this Spa to anyone and everyone looking for a new look or a relaxing massage!

Once I walk through the doors of La Paz Day Spa, I truly feel like I've entered a little oasis away from the craziness of my life. Pure relaxation! It's always such a treat! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that you feel welcomed and that every need that you have for beauty and relaxation are met. After going to La Paz for several years, I honestly feel like a member of the La Paz family--it's great! Adriana, the owner, has done an exceptional job creating an atmosphere of peace and harmony. She is amazing! Norma has cut and colored my hair for a couple of years, and I would NOT go to anyone else. She is great! She listens to me, making sure that I look great when I walk out the door. Adriana gives the best facial that I have ever had. And my skin shows it. She works wonders. I can't tell you how many people tell me how great my skin looks, and how young I look--and I have grown children! She is also a genius when it comes to brows. I can't get over the difference that her magic touch makes in the look of my whole face. I LOVE LA PAZ! I recommend it highly.

Today was my first visit to La Paz, and it was such a lovely experience. The moment I walked through the door, friendly faces greeted me, and the homey ambiance simply made it that much more comfortable. My aunt, who is a regular now, gifted me a certificate for a facial with Adriana. Let me tell you, it was unbelievable! I will definitely go back for more treatments. So, dont wait! Go for yourself and check it out. You will not regret it.

Adriana is the best eyebrow shaper and waxer I have been to which is why she's always booked. So, you need to book way in advance to see her, but will not be dissappointed!\r

La Paz offers other services such as massages, facials, etc but I haven't used these services yet, but am sure I wouldn't be dissapointed. I always recommend my friends and family to La Paz!

I found out about this place from my cousin who kept bugging me about it, but now I'm so happy that she did. She told me specifically to go to Adriana, the owner, for my eyebrows, so I did. My eyebrows looked fabulous!! Adriana shaped them really nicely and so I've been going to her for months now. She also did a facial on me in which she cleaned out my pores completely!! My face was sooooo soft and smooth and clean!
I love the salon itself too. As soon as you walk in, a calming mood overcomes you due to the soft music, soothing aroma, and welcoming staff.
I haven't myself received any of the other services they offer such as mani, pedi, haircut, massage, etc. but the other customers always seem happy like me.
I'd say this is the best place to go to if you want to pamper yourself.

Cons: You must book 2-3 weeks in advance

This is the kind of thing you hide from your girlfriends but it is so awesome I am bringing my mom :) so thorough and out of this world. Ahhh feels like I got brand new baby feet

I had my first service at this beautiful spa yesturday morning. I live in the Heights and have admired it every time i drive by and finally decided to stop in and boy was I happy I did!!! I got a pedicure from a girl that just started there and she was amazing!!! My feet feel like a baby, I will definatly be going back!

Now I can't really compare any spas to this place because this is the only place that I have been. I got the exfoliation treatment and I wish I had gotten a massage. The exfoliation treatment was $80, even though it says $75 on their website. This isn't a big deal but the website needs updating. As for the treatment, it was something I could have easily had my boyfriend do at home. For an hour she scrubbed my body with an exfoliation treatment. She does not do your hands, or your stomach. Not much of a full body massage! I was relaxed at the end but did not notice my skin being any different when I left. It only felt like there was lotion on my body and the day after my skin was the same. It was definitely not worth the 80 dollars plus tip. I should have gotten a massage for the same value.

I have been getting facials by Stephanie here for about 6 months and my skin feels and looks great! She is fantastic, i recomend you try the Vitamin C facial it is devine!!! The atmosphere is very easy going and friendly. I have scheduled an appointment for my hair, i hope i am as pleased as i have been with my skin.

I went to get my third massage with adrienne this afternoon and it was just as outstanding as the first and second one i have had with her. This place is really top notch! The place is so beautiful and relaxing and all of the girls that work there are always smiling when you walk in. I am very happy to have found a salon that makes me feel so welcomed.

I have been getting regular monthly facials for about 10 years now. I was jogging on Heights Blvd. and saw La Paz and decided to try it. What a wonderful find!! This is truly the best facial i have ever found. Adriana has an unbelieveable talent. She also gave me a great arch on my brows. She was so nice and fun to talk to. I recomend this place to every one.

Ive gotten facials, massages and the best body treatments in the world. I can swear by the treatments ,that i have lost a few pounds afterwards...don't know what it is, but i'm not complaining....\r
I can say that the staff there ,are very knowledgable about what they are doing. The atmosphere there is very warm and comforting,and most of all they make you feel welcomed, which is something that other places haven't made me feel.\r

I Love La Paz!! I have been going there for around 2 years now. I've had facials, waxes, massages, and my hair done there, and each service was fantastic. My eyebrows have NEVER looked better. The environment is quaint, warm and friendly. The staff is helpful, funny, and most of all skillful. When I am there, I feel like I am visiting friends. I highly recommend La Paz to everyone.
