Our 97 Grand Cherokee developed a sluggish drive. Drove it to Goodyear on Alayafa where I was informed it needed a transmission and was provided with replacement estimate of $3,000+. After paying $80+ for their diagnosis, I was cautioned it was unsafe to drive it as is. I drove it to a Tuffy on Curry Ford and kind folks there diagnosed it as something more minor but they were not able to do the work at that time. I was not charged anything for their good work.
I then drove it to Bayline Auto Repair. Bill and his folks took action and repaired the transmission at a fraction of the quote from Goodyear.
Thanks, Bill, for your honesty in repairs and for the professional manner in which you and your team carry out your work.
