Repair a Garage Door

I called on a Saturday and an appointment was made for the following Monday, with a four-hour window. As the window narrowed in the fourth hour, I was happy to receive a call from the employee coming out, explaining he would be there following a stop for an estimate. He called again to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly after, finishing a cable repair job in under an hour. He also gave me a tip on getting the garage door motor to work more effectively, as the door had been sticking. We're very pleased with the job done and the overall professionalism. The techinician (Joseph) was very impressive. Fast, efficient and knew exactly what to do. Highly recommended! He was running a little late but the office called to inform me well before the initial time window was over.
