Robert V. is a very knowledgeable young man. He came right out and took a look at everything I asked and was patient in answering my questions. He did not let me feel I was on a clock and taking up his time. He was patient and took his time to speak with me so I could thoroughly understand how things worked, and how I could further save money. He noticed some electrical hazards that could potentially become a major safety issue, and provided me options above the basic safety changes.
