Brett came right on time to give his estimate. He was very professional. The installers were very professional as well. They also were on time. That means so much!!! We have had other projects that have been nightmares. The heater was installed in the time projected. The two young men who did the work were very nice and cleaned everything up. YEAH!!! Very good experience. Thank you for the recommendation.

Two men showed up on time,they were very freindly and started work never stopping until they were finished. Brett and his team were on time and very professional.
The job was a little more involved than originally thought and they took the time to complete the job on time and within budget. Our air is working great. Highly recommend them.

Flanders was very professional. They had great references/ratings with Service Magic and brought their own list of references when they came to meet with us. They also were prepared and had product flyers packaged up for us when the came to meet.
Their length of experience in residential air conditioning was also the most impressive of any vendors we interviewed.
The only drawback was the wait time to meet with them (I believe 1 week) and wait time to receive the AC (I believe 1.5 weeks). This is partially due to the large demand for their services.

We had to use this service from our management service. This is the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. We had been waiting for them to come and fix out A/C. When they did come out it was very fast and they mentioned they needed a part. Fine that happens ... but we had a huge party with family coming in over the weekend. We mentioned to them we would like them out before the end of the week like wed or thurs. Just to make sure that it would be fixed in time for the weekend. They would not do that they said it had to be Friday. So we had no choice! We waited they finally came back out and left within an hour. The air was blowing for a few minutes they concluded it was fixed. One hour later we called them back to tell them it was making a crazy loud noise. Then I told them that it was not cooling it was just blowing air then it would stop. We went on and on they said they would try to send someone back out. By the afternoon I called to remind them that we needed them to stick to there word. They told us it would be fixed by friday. During this call I was Yelled at then hung up on! They do not have a clue what customer service is! They dont stick to there word and still havent fixed it correctly!
Pros: NONE!
Cons: Getting yelled at then hung up on when you have a problem! Terrible customer service!
