I went to Gina's place for the first time for an acne problem....I haven't seen a profesional before regarding my problem because i was too nervous and embarrassed...but Gina definitely made my visit very comfortable and fun! She was very detailed from start to finish. Now after my treatment i have not had one of those ugly bumps on my face! I love Gina, shes the best!! I would definitly recommend her to anyone suffering from acne!

From the beginning Gina was VERY friendly and accommodating! She makes you feel very comfortable! She does a great job and makes sure you are happy with her work. If not she will gladly fix something! I would definitely only go back to her in a second! She is awesome at what she does and I HIGHLY recommend her!!!!!!

Gina made me feel so at ease for my first time waxing. She is a pro at what she does and made it feel like it was not a big deal on how hairy I looked! *lol* She was so nice and caring that it took the pain away from the waxing! I would highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Gina?s service. Gina is super personable and makes you feel comfortable. She also does an excellent job. I?ve been going to for a while now and just LOVE how she shapes my eyebrows. She does a perfect job every time I go in. I am now going to start going to her for facials.

I was very happy with the whole experience of having gone to Gina to have my back waxed. She was professional, fast, and fairly inexpensive. Most of all, it was relatively painless. I've had my back done before by others that didn't really know what they were doing, and--this having been my first time going to Gina--I was a little nervous. When I was greeted by Gina herself with a friendly smile, though, I immediately felt more comfortable. Also, being as hairy as I am, I am always cautious of taking off my shirt around strangers. I wasn't with Gina, however, and the casual, professional way in which she conducted herself kept me at ease throughout the appointment. It was as though I never took off my shirt!

Anyway, I've already recommended her to other wooly friends of mine and will continue to do so.

I got my eye brow, and lip done, and they're fantasic!

I was shaking before my first wax with Gina because I was so scared of the pain, but I can honestly say it wasn't that bad! I still popped two advil before going in, but I probably would have been fine without them. The wax did not take off the top of my skin, and I did not have a ton of red bumps or irritation after, which was the best (I was able to wear a short dress that night after my treatment). I will def be going back to Gina for regular visits!

I am a registered nurse and I meet Gina about fifteen years ago when she set me up with a design for my make up. Now we get together every 6mths and re-do. Now we have added lashes, WOW!!!! Talk about a great look. I work in plastic surgery but this is such an easy fix.

This was the third time I have visited Gina's place for a facial peel, massage and full body waxing. I live in New York, but whenever I come out to LA, I always call up Gina's and make an appointment to have these services performed.

She has years of experience which is always evident when she works. The nicest perk, however, is Gina's personality. She is the consummate professional, and one of the sweetest women you will ever meet. That, combined with her knowledgeable demeanor, make a visit to her salon a must. You will walk away very pleased, as I always am.

I had my makeup done for the grammys and gina did my makeup and then i realized how beautifal my features really are . The way she shaded and applied my eyelashes was amazing. The makeup lasted till the next morning.

It was my first time getting a brazilian wax and I was extremely nervous, but Gina made me feel extremely comfortable and made the process go by quickly. After going to her, I would definitely recommend her to anyone that's searching for the perfect waxing experience. I loved how she made me forget about the waxing, and came up with very interesting topics to talk about. The best part about Gina herself? Her humor!!! She is very funny.. she had me laughing through out the whole thing, but was very professional.

I still rememeber the first time I walked in, Gina made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, and it was actually not as painful as I was thought to believe. I am now a regular client of gina's and look forward to seeing her every month. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she's also an amazing person.

The best waxing in the world! I?m a kind of hairy man and we are not in the 80?s, so now this is not too attractive to the girls anymore. Luckily I meet Gina and I decided to wax my body again. I had been in other waxing places before, but I never received the great work that she does. She is professional, wonderful person and the most important thing IT DOSEN'T HURT because she is fast and is always talking to you that way you are thinking in something else?. Gina is one of the nicest people I've met in LA and she made me enjoy a usually unpleasant experience! She is a complete perfectionist and does an incredible job. She clearly takes pride in her work and wants her clients to leave happy, and I definitely did! I had a brazilian and back wax and she made sure she removed every single hair. The prices are great for the service you get, and Gina rewards her regular clients. Huge beauty shop downstairs too with a ton of selection. Overall, she is one of LA's best secrets!

I called Gina because others recommended her on this site. I was having a bad case of the Monday blues and to the day off of work to rejuvinate. Gina is off on Mondays and I really wanted to go to her because of all the great reviews on City Search. I just needed to make myself feel beautiful because I was having such a down day and after talking to her she agreed to come in because I was a new customer on her day off! She was so professional and nice! I loved her. It was my first Brazalian Wax and she really made me feel so confortable! The wax came out terrific! She even helped with what product to buy to reduce redness (it's my second day ...and I don't have any! My area down there looks great! I would highly recommend her to everyone!

So I just got a bikini wax at Gina's salon, and I was very happy with her work. She is so comforting, (which is definitely needed when you are waxing some sensitive parts of your body). The best part is she uses this pink wax that barely hurts. I usually tear when I get waxed, but we just chatted the whole time and we were done in less than 15 minutes. Oh yah also so much less hair grows back, its awesome!!! I highly recommend this place!!

Okay, can you get more personal than having somebody wax your privates??? Scary thought, someone ripping your hair out by the roots right around THERE. But Gina does it in the most professional, most non-judgemental, most safe, most comforting (yes, comforting...) environment and with, really, the least amount of discomfort possible. I thought I'd be in there for at least an hour - wrong. Gina chatted me right through that first session like we were old chums from high school and I was out of there in like 15 minutes tops with the best, most thorough wax job ever. I'm now a Brazilian bikini wax convert and my boyfriend is a happy, happy, happy man.

A couple of months later I had Gina do make-up on me for a special event I was attending - WOW! Unbelievable! I look at the pictures every once in awhile when I need a little lift - "Yes, I AM gorgeous!" I had people I didn't know coming up to me and commenting on how beautiful I looked that night. If I won the Superball lotto I would want to just buy Gina outright and have her do my make-up and hair and look gorgeous every day. This is from a girl with splotchy skin and enough hair for 5 people - Gina ROCKS!

The only downside to this is the parking. Pair your wax/cosmetic treatment with a shopping/movie date at the Westside Pavilion so that parking will not be a problem - it's right across the street from the bookstore on the ground level, corner of Pico and Westwood. Worth the effort and worth the extremely moderate price!

Pros: Thorough, moderately priced services in a comfy environment.

Cons: Parking can be difficult - don't park on the street after 4PM - you'll be towed!

I have been going to Gina for oh.... 4 years now and can not believe I am just now getting around to writing her a review. Gina is fantastic at what she does. This woman knows how to wax and knows how to get every single hair. She will not allow you to leave without her job being perfect! Not only is she great at what she does, she is also a really great friend to me. Every time I come to see her it's so comfortable and a nice time to have girl talk!

Gina is great. Period. Go try her out, you will believe me after your very first visit!

I was in desperate need of finding someone who could take me today for my eyebrows and took a chance at calling Gina after finding her on CitySearch. She now has a new client and not only for my brows either. What a truely delightful and charming woman. We connected on so many ways it felt like I was having lunch with an old friend. I finally found someone who listen to what her clients want and Gina has a new client for life.

I happened to be in the area one afternoon and came across Gina's place. Being in desperate need of an eyebrow wax, I thought to give it a try. I was worried as a walk-in that it would take some time; however Gina fit me in right away. I immediately felt like I was one of her old customers! Her demeanor is very friendly and works VERY efficiently. I have had to get waxes for years now, and thought she was great. Her professionalism, effiiciency and attitude was just perfect. Gina is the best! She really takes her time and makes sure that I am totally comfortable. She has been doing my waxes for about four years, and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Waxing, usually a rather unpleasant experience, is made relatively painless. I recently started getting facials with her as well, and she is just as great at those, too!

I had a bikini waxing this morning and I can tell you it was the best I ever had. Gina is an amazing person, so you feel really comfortable around her. Second, it wasn't painful at all (you can believe me!), she does the job very carefully, you can check all the time if she is doing exactly the area you want (and not more or less) and she uses high quality products. Also, and very important, everything is absolutely clean. I will definitely come back with Gina next time I need any waxing and I will also try a facial.

Gina is the ONLY person I will let touch my face! She does an amazing job and she is VERY honest with you. She's not one of those who tries to sell you more things you don't need. She'll give you great advice on simple and easy ways to keep your skin looking radiant after your facials. She always makes sure that you are satisfied with the work she does and is such a joy to be around. She is meticulous with her work and I've never left feeling dissatisfied. Prior to Gina, my skin was dull and dry. Now, I am glowing with youthfull looking skin. Gina did the works on me, for a price that was reasonable and affordable. My favorite treatments are her chemical peels and hydrating masks. Gina uses all the best products. Better than my dermatologist, she recommended a great home skin care regime. She also gave me the best brazillian wax, legs and arms, too. To give me a little more glamour, she tinted my eyelashes, and then eventually put eye lash extensions on. They look so real, and my eyes really "pop". I don't have to wear mascara, which save me time and hassle. Remarkably, they last up to 6 months. I feel so much bette after my visits with Gina. You should go to Gina, too. She's also so sweet and fun.

This full service salon is incredible. I am surprised that Gina is not one of these "celebrity" skin care superstars; She is that talented. Warm, friendly, unhurried, and totally professional. The atmosphere is casual, the prices are reasonable, but I always leave like I have dropped a fortune, AND I look that way too! Real personalized, caring service, with amazing results!

I have been going to Gina for 3 years and I have never even considered going to someone else. She does an amazing job on facials! Trust me, her facials are the best! She also does an amazing job on waxing. Let me tell you, after a waxing session with her, there is not a hair left on me! A friend mentioned that I could go and have a facial done by Gina. I'm 41 years-old, and continually have problems with my skin (breakouts, clogged pores, etc.) I am also just beginning to wrinkle. She performed a wonderful facial on me, taking extra care to extract my skin. Gina then spoke to me about having a chemical peel. She was very thorough in explaining what it would entail from start to finish. I decided to splurge on myself, and have since been so ecstatic that I did. While there is some unsightly peeling involved shortly after having the peel, what emerges thereafter makes it all worthwhile. I have had co-workers commenting on how radiant my skin looks, and even that I look younger. I, too, notice the difference, and have pledged to schedule these chemical peels often. I would recommend Gina to anybody who wants to have beautiful skin.

Gina gave me the best facial I've ever had. My skin looks the best it has in ages. Her charming manner and attention to detail are unparalleled.
