Accelerated Remediation is locally owned and operated by Kevin Sutherland (CMI / CMR). I have been in the inspection and mold industry since 2001. In 2004 I decided to break away from the inspection franchise I worked for to start my own company. A business I can be proud of by supplying the public with the best, most detailed mold inspection reports. I take pride in my inspection reports. The reports' quality has been recognized by mortgage companies, insurance companies and realtors. I perform inspections with moisture meters, a thermal imaging camara and other great technology most through job possible.
