Gabe Smith came to the rescue after a Lowes installer refused to lay the floor because of uneveness. His workmen were polite, professional, punctual, went above and beyond their duties to make sure we had an excellent flooring experience. I am sure we have a much better floor than we would have gotten from Lowes. These guys were great!
