Marc was very prompt and professional. He arrived exactly when he said he would and comunicated will to ensure everything went as planned. He installed a garbage disposal and replaced some leaking pipes in the basement for this project. Everything went exactly how he described and he completed the work in less than 4 hours.
I would highly recomend Royal to anyone who asks and have already discussed some other projects with them to be performed latter this year.
Mark is a FANTASTIC contractor. He checked on the progress of our job daily. If we were not happy with something he changed. The customer service and quality offered by Royal is impecable!
Dec 2008--Since Mark completed this job in the early summer we unfortunately had to put our home up for rent due to a job transfer. GOSH we wish we could take this bathroom with us!!!!! On the other side of the coin our house was only on the market for 2 weeks and we got 3 offers for renters ALL of them wanted our bathroom!!! Thanks Mark!!!
