Bo Briggs Hair Additions

She quotes "seemless" and "undetactable" but her definition differs from the rest of the world's. It was horrible, I cried. I suffer from Trich which she said she was experienced in. I drove 7 hours to her only for her to do exactly the opposite, I didnt want long hair. I wanted "fuller" hair on top. I could clearly see the extensions from , and she spent most of her time on longer thermal extentions on the back when I only wanted to shoulder length and cold fusion on the top. SPent almost 7 hours there after 7 hour drive. She kept the hair saying it could be reused, but didnt give it to me, and never returned my deposit, she in turn kept it for her "labor" and said she didnt charge me for removing it, when she didnt do what I asked OR created the "undetectable" style. I can't believe a "professional" would take my deposit for the hair and say it was for her "troubles". I am filing a complain with the Better Business Bureau and hiring and looking for legal advice.
