I called and they came out the next day. The man only had to clean my opener because my stupid ex had put some heavy grease in the drive.The tec could have charged me for a new opener and I would not have known any better,since mine is 9 years old.He only charged for a service call.$50 I spend that on a half a tank of gas.Honest company.
