Alan Goldberg Electric

i first got an estimate from BRYDEN ELECTRIC. they missed the first appointment, they we late for the second appointment. they were over priced and did not speak good english. i then called alan goldber electric.
they did a great job. i needed recessed lights, a panel upgrade, and my house re wire. i called alan , and he showed up on time ad did a great job that was less than there competition.

Pros: did a great job, fast , clean , knows his stuff

Just wanted to give a heads up - found the best electrical guy. I had fuses blowing and a potential fire hazard going on (or so I was told by the neighbors who discovered the problem while I was at work).

Called this company and they were incredible (even the inspector told me what a good job they did).

It's nice to know that there are still quality professionals out there!

they did a great job. thy are also liscenced contractors. the did a small remodel that came out great . they are the last of the old school electricains and builders

I really do not like writing unfavorable reviews, on the other-hand, when I come here I'm always hoping that other users will leave reviews ? good or bad. With that in mind:

This business a little flaky. They can't get back to you in a timely fashion to schedule an appointment. When they finally do, they wanted to come over 'right now' ? no appointment. Like - we've just found a hole in our more lucrative schedule and would like to fill that hole with you.

To bad for them, I have several rentals (which I didn't tell them about) and I was hoping to find a reliable electrician for various properties.

When I first looked at the reviews for Alan Goldberg, I was a little suspicious when I noticed that 3 of the positive reviews were entered on the same day. Hmmmm.

I gave up on these guys and called Bryden Electrical in S.M. They scheduled the job for the next morning, showed up on time, did the work quickly and charged a fair price.

I hired Alan Goldberg based on site reviews, and I'm happy to say that everyone who praises them are correct. I called to make an appt. and as I was leaving a voice message, Alan was immediately flashing on my caller ID. They installed two ceiling fans for me and did a perfect job at a great price. When I realized that the 2nd ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy (my fault for buying a cheap one) they came back out a few days later and put up my new 'quiet' fan. When the new fan made a buzzing sound, Albert figured out why and fixed it perfectly. When I told him that I needed it flush to the ceiling, he took it down and redid it without complaint. He even skipped his daughter's play rehearsal to finish the job. I also had ethernet cables strung along the hallway (for over a year) connecting computers to a modem - no one would go under the house, not my husband, not even the cable company. These guys not only wired us up, but did it quickly and so cheap that we were able to double the tip. Super highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Showed up on time, ran through some quick trouble shooting, got under the house and got it done. I know enough to be dangerous, and could tell he was banging through it the right way. Pleasure to work with and I'll definitely use him going forward! Recommend very highly.

I found Alan Goldberg Electric (310-823-5058) through an online search for an electrician. I was apprehensive about using a service I didn't know anything about, but after I got some outrageous quotes for the work I wanted done - I thought - what could I lose. Boy am I glad I did!

Alan and his guys were great - he stayed within the budget I had allowed for rewiring my house. Best of all - his guys cleaned up after themselves.

In a time when people are so quick to say bad things, I'm happy to let everyone know there are still good guys out there. I highly recommend Alan and his guys. Thanks, Alan - I'll keep you in my phone book for future stuff!

Alan Golberg electric came out and gave me a free estimate. He was less than the other bids that i recieved. I had trouble understanding the other electricians due to an apparent language barriar. Alan expained how the job was going to be done and came over and did it. I now have lovely recessed lighting thoughout my house. thanks again alan..

ALAN AND HIS CREW ARE FIRST RATE. THE DID THE JOB IN RECORD TIME. THE WERE CLEAN, WELL ORGANIZED, AND ON BUDGET. THIS WAS A HARD JOB , BUT ALAN GOLDBERG MADE IT SEEM EASY. HE IS A HIGHLY SKILLED PROFESIONAL. A LEADER IN THE INDUSTRY.
