They were very prompt and easy to work with. Furniture looks 100% better. The only problem I have is the odor is still there. Not quite as bad but still there.

I called them and they were out the next day! We didn't discuss the fact that a) for an additional $75 they could put a scotch guard in place, and since I had already left the check and was unavailable when they arrived, I wasn't able to get that. However, I was very pleased with their thoroughness and will use them again (in six months) and next time will purchase the additional product. They were efficient, friendly, and responsive. Great job.

The guys showed up really fast and helped us move everything off the wet carpet and got right to work! It was such a huge relief to have help so quickly!!! Also, all of this occured right before Christmas and I was worried that we wouldn't get the help we needed because of the holiday, but Chem Dry really stayed on top of this water leak and got my house dried out! I will call them again if I ever have any water/carpet issues.

Prior experience with carpet cleaning excellent. Experience with sofa cleaning less favorable. Circumstance was terrible to begin with (white expensive sofa that my son's friend vomited on). I am sure that the professional did the best job that he could but actually the sofa should not have been cleaned with water. The stain didn't come out (which is likely due to no fault of the service provider) but the sofa was actually stained worse by the water i.e., the skirting, back pillows, etc., were darkened, fabric stiff, light rust tone in spots. I would have felt better if it had been an unsuccessful attempt at dry cleaning the sofa.

They were very flexible with the scheduling of my cleaning. I as slightly disappointed with the final price. I had described the areas to be cleaned to Mark and then actually removed two rooms and the final price was a bit higher than originally estimated. The actual cleaning itself was good however.
