Overview and Expertise provided by
Repair or Service a Heat Pump
by Citysearch User
Bill was the first professional to respond to my inquiry on a Saturday morning. Due to the overnight snow storm he could not come out immediately because he had to shovel and had another job to address. Bill said he would call me later in the day to see if my problem still required attention. He called in the late afternoon and I had not heard from any other contractor so Bill came on a cold and snowy late afternoon to assess my outdoor unit heat pump malfunction. Bill diagnosed the problem and got the heat pump operating. He remained until he was certain that the repair had been completed properly and that the heat pump worked as designed. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us in plain terms. This was a very positive experience for us which resulted in getting our heat back to normal levels.
