0/8 Seafood Grill and its spirited lounge, Twisted Cork Wine Bar, are located in the Hyatt Regency Bellevue at 900 Bellevue Way NE. Co-Owner and Chef Dan Thiessen’s breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menus feature local Northwest products and flavors in unique, Asian-accented, seafood-focused dishes. The lounge offers over 85 wines by-the-glass; as well as a 350-label wine list. In 2008, 0/8 Seafood Grill won the honor of “Most Innovative Wine List” from the Washington Wine Commission in addition to Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence.”
I really enjoyed the service and the atmosphere is great, which is the main reason why I choose to go there. The food is okay for the price although I'm not terribly fond.

WE dined at 0/8 for Mother's Day Brunch and were quite happy with the food, drinks and service. All the Mother's received a rose and a friendly hello from the manager.

Great ambience. Have eaten breakfast and dinner. Conveniently located in the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Bellevue. Delicious Cosmos and fish dinners. Fresh!

If you like fancy seafood for thirty dollars a plate and a wine list longer than your arm this is your restaurant. If you are a simpleton like me, save your money!
