I've used them many times in the past and will continue to do so. Their rates are always the best whenever I compare. Their service is excellent and their cancellation policy is in-line with the rest of the industry.

I had to cancel my reservation. I gave them four weeks notice and they still charged me $30 plus 5% of my total reservation bill. With hotel stays running upwards of $1000 for a 3-4 night stay, that's serious money. Why use these ripoff artists when there are so many other options out there.
