We have been using them for a couple of years. They are always on-time, knowledgeable and get it right the first time. They have repaired our washer and an old refrigerator. I would highly recommend them.

Great Service. Very dependable. Didn't charge extra for simple repair. Would recommend to anyone. Repair person showed up on time and made me feel comfortable as soon as he arrived.

I called Joe based on the reviews I saw on CitySearch when my washing machine bit the dust. Joe and Donna called us back immediately and scheduled a day to come do the repairs. We experienced no issues with calling us back.

Unfortunately the repair wasn't as easy as Joe, and I, had hoped as the part was only half of the needed fix. Joe was determined to find the root cause of the issue. His perseverance in researching to find the true issue was most impressive. It's obvious he's an engineer! It was also most appreciated as I am unemployed and can not afford a new machine right now.

Joe did the repairs and I am washing once again.

What a great guy and a what a wonderful customer- oriented business!

Had ice maker issue with two year old fridge (typical!). Was putting out ice but not dispensing ice thru the door. So looking online, I read reviews and AAAR stood out. Read my review and read the others and I think you will find a common theme that we also experienced (see "Pro's" above).

Called once and it took a follow-up call a few days later to finally get in touch, but always friendly and courteous from start to finish. Like I said, they are in demand so it may take an extra day but its worth it for the honesty and ease of working with this family business.

Installed small $30 part (had to order and come back to install) and done. Didn't take advantage of a situation and report a more serious issue for some profitability.

Nice people. Quality service. Knowledgeable. Honesty. I know, its strange these days but you wont be let down if you use them.

Pros: Knowledge, Communication, Honesty, Values

Ratings_icons So Quick You'll Almost Miss Them

We had a little problem connecting with them at first. (I left my first message after hours and it may have contributed to this.) Once we were in contact, however, things moved quickly!

We got an appointment, same day, and the service technician (and owner of the company) was very prompt. He got right down to business diagnosing the problem and replacing needed parts. He was extremely knowledgeably and extremely efficient. He was in and out in less than 1/2 hour and that included a little time for general discussion!

I chose this company because of their stellar reviews on Citysearch and was totally pleased with the service we received.

Working with a Christian based appliance repair company did not make me or my husband uncomfortable in the slightest. Also, when I visited their website it said, in essence, "We are cheaper than Sears but not the cheapest in town, however, we do good, quality work and we are reliable and honest." They had the brass to be upfront about their values and their prices and I respect that. I also felt that if they were willing to put that out there than I was more than likely doing business with honest people. (It's just so easy to get ripped off.)

We will definitely use them again to service our AC/Heating unit!

Pros: speedy, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly

Cons: depends whether a Christian company makes you uncomfortable

I called Advanced Appliance to fix a range and repair an HVAC problem. These are the nicest guys I have ever met. Joe, the owner, exudes a sense of calm and peace. He knows what he is doing and he and his wife are good honest people. Their charges are very reasonable and I never had the feeling that he was taking me for a ride, like some others that I have called. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs in this area.

Pros: Honest, trustworthy, reliable

Cons: None come to mind.

Ratings_icons Fabulous Service! Fair Pricing - Did exactly what they promised - Will Definitely Use Again

I have used a couple of the Nationally known Appliance Repair companies in the past and though their work has been good, their charges have been incredibly high and so I decided to check online for a local company. Seeing the good reviews on City Search for Adanced Appliance and Air..I decided to give them a try and am very glad that I did. My tenant had a problem with the dishwasher not working. As a landlord, you want to know that your tenant will be taken care of and the problem rectified as soon as possible with as little inconvenience to the tenant as possible and at a fair price. Advance arranged the appointment directly with the Tenant and then let me know when it was scheduled. They showed up on time and tood care of the problem and called me to let me know what they found and what the charges were (and of course to arrange payment!). It is great to know that there is a company I can count on for Appliance Repair .... I will definitely use them again!

I called Advance to repair a washer that wasn't spinning. The family came out - wonderful and honest people - fixed it immediately and fixed a disposal problem with the sink that I didn't even mention on the phone! Very competent, nice and reliable business - price was awesome and less than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for the great work!

I had a problem with my washer filling up between uses and Joe knew exactly what part I needed and gave me the price right on the phone BEFORE I made the appointment. He arrived on time (which I love) and fixed my washer in no time. The bill was exactly what he told me on the phone.

Our A/C went out on Wednesday, I called at 8:50 pm expecting to leave a message but the call was answered! Not only that they were able to arrainge their schedule to come out and see what was wrong. Having two small children at home with the temperatures in the 90's meant A/C was essential! They came out, and were 10 minutes EARLY! They diagnosed the problem and called right then and there to order the part of the unit we needed (the outside unit) and had it delivered the same day, then they scheduled to have it installed that NIGHT! AMAZING!!!! God bless this company and its family!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Pros: There when you need them and when they say they will be!

Cons: Wish I knew about them sooner!!!!

My gas dryer went out, I put in a service call in the evening, and they were able to fit me in the next day. Joe and his son showed up and had that dryer completely torn down (as luck would have it, the "problem child" broken part was behind everything else) and put back together in working order very quickly. Seeing them work was sort of like watching the pit crews working at the races: I have absolutely no doubts regarding their abilities and will call them again and recommend them to friends when appliance service needs surface. Excellent work, and thanks for showing that family-owned businesses that can thrive aren't a thing of the past like doctors making house calls. You guys rock!

I awoke one morning and found my freezer thawed. I found Joe and his boys on Citysearch. They came over that very day and found a bad relay. They got it working and saved my precious meat. (We had bought a cow). I was soooooooo...... happy. They were very prompt, courteous, and thorough. I sense they are good Christian people. It means a great deal to me when I can trust people.

The worst timing, my frige went out with a baby at home that needs milk kept cold and I had 5 house guests from out of town. My refrigerator went out on Wed, I called for service. The representative was very nice on the phone but stipulated he could not get to me until Friday. However, he did say he would call if there was an opening or cancellation. After having talked to several different places all of which couldn't get to me until the following week I took the appointment. While at work my husband located a repair service who was able to come out same day. I called back to cancel the appointment explaining that I appreciated his willingness to schedule me and I was sorry for the inconvinience but that we had found someone who had an immediate opening. I told him I would definately call him agian if a need arose because I felt through our initial conversations that he was reliable and would be able to provide good service.

The representative responded to me that he did not want me to call or utilize him because he felt that I was unethical in calling someone else to fix the problem before he could get there. He continued to chastise me with comments about morality and ethics and how he had probably turned down 5 other people he could have put in my spot. I am sure the work provided by this company is satisfactory but this company has no right to speak to me about morality and ethics. Heck, I could have waited until Friday to let him know or not told him at all. I believe I took the high road here...having the ethics and feeling a moral obligation to call him and let him know that I appreciated him, was sorry but time was of the essence and that I would definately try to utilize him in the future because of our inital pleasant conversation. The representative then called me at 10pm at home to apologize for the way he spoke to me on the phone. He said, "I am sorry for the way I spoke to you that was wrong. What you did was ethically wrong, but I forgive you."

Pros: Seems helpful

Cons: Angry and opinionated if you (as the customer) cannot meet his expectations.
