We have been using them for a couple of years. They are always on-time, knowledgeable and get it right the first time. They have repaired our washer and an old refrigerator. I would highly recommend them.

We used Joe and his team to complete a conversion from propane to natural gas. It included two furnaces, a water heater, gas stove, and gas logs.\n\nThe process was as easy as possible. They came on time, were very professional, and made the experience downright pleasant.\n\nI would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Yes, there is one negative review,but there were so many positive reveiws that followed. He gave them a call on Tuesday and the appointment was at 9:30 Friday morning. I was off that day and figured they would show up around 10:00 or later. Have you ever had a repair service be on time? They were at my home at 9:30 as promised. Amazing! Two gentlemen came into my home. I explained the reason for the calI and asked if they were with a large national company. Joe kindly replied ,this was his business. I was very pleased knowing I was dealing directly with the owner. In just a few minutes, I felt extremely comfortable, as if talking to an old friend, and was confident about there abilities. They closely inspected the dryer, checking temperatures and hoses. Joe then informed me my dryer was fine but I had another problem. He said my dryer duct was probably clogged with several years of lint buildup and explained the change in my dryers performance. They did not just take the money and run. Instead, Joe showed real concern about the problem and informed me how dangerous this situation was. He took time to educated me regarding the strong possibility of a house fire and how common this was.He gave me the names of websites to view so I too would take this matter as serious as he did. He then referred me to a local service specializing with dryer ducts. I am very grateful for his honestly and concern for my families well being. It's nice to know that there are still some people who practice great customer service. THANK YOU!!! Still not convinced to call them-after the visit I went to their website. Joe has a degree in Elecrical Engineering & HVAC, EPA certification, and has lived in the area for years.

I called Advance Appliance and was referred to the company's son since there would be a long wait. I later found out that my washer was under warranty and wanted to speak with Brandon about refunding some of the money and getting it from the warranty. Needless to say the girlfriend answered the phone and told me that Brandon was not available to speak with me. She reported that she would discuss my situation with him, but I never received a call back. Stay away from these people, I think they must have written the good reviews themselves.

I made my repair request online via their website and was present surprised to get a call first thing this morning by the owner, Joe. He advised that someone would be in touch with me soon to make arrangements. I received a very nice gentleman (Tony) that arrived and was very courteous and nice. He was new, but seemed very intelligent and taught me what to look for and made sure i understood what he was doing at each part of the diagnostic. I felt bad because my fridge gave him a fit and took alot longer than he thought, but he was alwasy nice and courteous. Hands down I will be calling them again for any and all repairs and have nothing but GREAT things to say about them.

Someone else might have taken forever to run the clock. They even had the small part I needed drop-shipped to me so I could simply put it in with no tools myself and avoid more money for a service call to do something really simple. Use these folks!!

Shaun came this morning and said the capacitor was about to break down because it was wired incorrectly. He replaced the part and installed a new bracket for it. Then he checked out the unit. Shaun and is very professional and reputable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Joe was determined to find the root cause of the issue. His perseverance in researching to find the true issue was most impressive. It's obvious he's an engineer! He was in and out in less than 1/2 hour and that included a little time for general discussion!\n\nI chose this company because of their stellar reviews on Citysearch and was totally pleased with the service we received.\n\nWorking with a Christian based appliance repair company did not make me or my husband uncomfortable in the slightest. Also, when I visited their website it said, in essence, ""We are cheaper than Sears but not the cheapest in town, however, we do good, quality work and we are reliable and honest."" They had the brass to be upfront about their values and their prices and I respect that. I also felt that if they were willing to put that out there than I was more than likely doing business with honest people. I called Advanced Appliance to fix a range and repair an HVAC problem. These are the nicest guys I have ever met. Joe, the owner, exudes a sense of calm and peace. He knows what he is doing and he and his wife are good honest people. Their charges are very reasonable and I never had the feeling that he was taking me for a ride, like some others that I have called. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs in this area.

I called Advanced Appliance to fix a range and repair an HVAC problem. These are the nicest guys I have ever met. Joe, the owner, exudes a sense of calm and peace. He knows what he is doing and he and his wife are good honest people. Their charges are very reasonable and I never had the feeling that he was taking me for a ride, like some others that I have called. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs in this area.

Seeing the good reviews on City Search for Adanced Appliance and Air..I decided to give them a try and am very glad that I did. My tenant had a problem with the dishwasher not working. As a landlord, you want to know that your tenant will be taken care of and the problem rectified as soon as possible with as little inconvenience to the tenant as possible and at a fair price. Advance arranged the appointment directly with the Tenant and then let me know when it was scheduled. They showed up on time and tood care of the problem and called me to let me know what they found and what the charges were (and of course to arrange payment!). It is great to know that there is a company I can count on for Appliance Repair .... I will definitely use them again!

Our A/C went out on Wednesday, I called at 8:50 pm expecting to leave a message but the call was answered! Not only that they were able to arrainge their schedule to come out and see what was wrong. Having two small children at home with the temperatures in the 90's meant A/C was essential! They came out, and were 10 minutes EARLY! They diagnosed the problem and called right then and there to order the part of the unit we needed (the outside unit) and had it delivered the same day, then they scheduled to have it installed that NIGHT! AMAZING!!!! God bless this company and its family!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

The worst timing, my frige went out with a baby at home that needs milk kept cold and I had 5 house guests from out of town. My refrigerator went out on Wed, I called for service. The representative was very nice on the phone but stipulated he could not get to me until Friday. However, he did say he would call if there was an opening or cancellation. After having talked to several different places all of which couldn't get to me until the following week I took the appointment. While at work my husband located a repair service who was able to come out same day. I called back to cancel the appointment explaining that I appreciated his willingness to schedule me and I was sorry for the inconvinience but that we had found someone who had an immediate opening. I told him I would definately call him agian if a need arose because I felt through our initial conversations that he was reliable and would be able to provide good service.\r\n\r\nThe representative responded to me that he did not want me to call or utilize him because he felt that I was unethical in calling someone else to fix the problem before he could get there. He continued to chastise me with comments about morality and ethics and how he had probably turned down 5 other people he could have put in my spot. I am sure the work provided by this company is satisfactory but this company has no right to speak to me about morality and ethics. Heck, I could have waited until Friday to let him know or not told him at all. I believe I took the high road here...having the ethics and feeling a moral obligation to call him and let him know that I appreciated him, was sorry but time was of the essence and that I would definately try to utilize him in the future because of our inital pleasant conversation. The representative then called me at 10pm at home to apologize for the way he spoke to me on the phone. He said, ""I am sorry for the way I spoke to you that was wrong. What you did was ethically wrong, but I forgive you.""
