Bruce was timely, called as he made his way to the house, and quickly analyzed the problem, giving me a fair ballpark figure as to how much it would cost. Actually, he gave me a ballpark figure at the time we initially spoke by phone, which I appreciated. He came back the same day and followed through with what he had first stated might me wrong with the A/C unit. He offered to come back a third time. When he returned, he fixed the problem, provided some pointers on what to do with the inside unit, did some extras with the outside unit. Throughout, he was a gentleman, asked permission to enter my home. He provided real service! Thanks!

Bruce was both polite, efficient and dealt with the air conditioning problem and left me with a sense of satisfaction - that I can trust Power Air to do the job at a reasonable price. I will certainly recommend Bruce to anybody in this building or anybody I know who has need of aircon in MIA area.
