I emailed Service Magic at 10PM last eve for a backed up kitchen sink after trying to do it myself...but the clog was way to far in. Dave #1 called me right away and left a message as I was going to bed angry! :-) I called him the next day and he asked more info - great personality and i felt comfy right away. He had Dave #2 call me to come over and he did the MINUTE that he said he'd be here. Friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I am thrilled!

I was contacted immediatley on a Sunday and had a plumber at my home within an hour or so. The extra cost for a service call on a Sunday was minimal and my problem was resolved quickly.
