Available Locksmith Cincinnati

I was locked out of my house at one am, probably dropped my keys somewhere. Called available locksmith and talked to a very nice dispatcher. I know all the stories of bad experiences, but this one was great. The guy was there in 15 min and after explaining to me what he was going to do he opened my door in a very reasonable price. I recommend this company for everyone. Really the best!!!!

We are bit confused by this harsh review and wish to clarify a few issues. First, according to our records we have never had a costumer named "StephFerret" . Second, all attempts to contact this reviewer had failed, He/She remains unreachable.

This leads us to the conclusion that this review was written with malicious intent. We do not know the reasons behind this review but expect our competitors to exhibit a higher degree of professionalism and refrain from such accusations in the future.

Worst scam ever! I'm a real person, a college student who is just trying to get by. An incident happened to me where I was locked out of my new second and third story apartment (had not yet made spare key) and all we had was internet on my friends phone. We found available locksmith and called and asked for a quote. They quoted me at $65 dollars plus more depending on the difficulty of the lock. It was a very simple lock. Two hours later, after waiting in the cold two college-aged @$$holes showed up, without even greeting us, and proceeded to basically crowbar our door open. It took them about 3 minutes. They also somehow managed to loosen the door handle considerably. They were real jerks and I tried to be polite and make small talk. They go back out to their van and spend forever writing up our bill which came to be...$142.71. I was shocked!! They told me that they drove down from Cincinnati and I was also paying for their gas. And what we found online and when I talked to get an estimate they made it seem local, but I live in Hamilton! The number that we called was connected to an address that was right down the street from us. Worst decision of my life! I should have just went and bought a ladder and climbed through a window. It's caused me a lot of stress and a lot of money! I even complained and asked for a refund and they promised they would give me back a certain amount of the money the next week, but it's been a week and no attempt has been made yet!
