We were told when we made the arrangement on the phone that the tab would be $114 from Newark to Tribeca / Battery Park. However, the driver said that the $114 did not include mandatory extra fees, including a 20% tip. If extra fees are to be included, they should be disclosed in advance.

first the price is higher than others. I didn't have time to research before my reservation, so I just booked with limores.

the service seems pretty ok until I arrived at the destination. but after, it turned out very bad. when I make a reservation, the cost that I was told was total of $100 including EVERYTHING (I double checked!). the driver asked me total of $126. 98. I told him it's different from what I was told. I called limores to see why it's different. but then driver said I didn't have to pay the state tax($10.38), so he removed it from the bill (even before he talked to the company!. why did he charge it earlier then?). he pushed me to sign. he said 'just sign here' he wanted to leave!

after removing the state tax, it was still $116.90. but I was very tried and didn't want to fight any longer, so I just signed. and I gave him $10 tip. (I didn't want to tip him since he was very push and rude, but I did anyway.)

after he left, I noticed he charged 20% tip himself! I should have found out before I signed it, but I missed it. I was very upset.

I called limores to fix it. I told them I didn't want to pay 20% tip. the person on the phone said he would disregard the tip amount from the total. I couldn't trust their service, so I asked him to send me a written confirmation. he refused saying there is no way. so I trusted him.

One week later, I called limores again. Of course it was NOT fixed. I KNEW IT! I got the same answer it would be fixed. I'm so frustrated.

I live in downtown of Manhattan, so I use a cab very frequently...one time my friend booked a car with Limores, for us to go on some dinner party, and I was surprised how everything turned out! We didn't had to go out and look for a cab, Limores driver was already in front of the building when we went out, also car was much more discreet and better looking, and finally the price was very. Very reasonable! My message to all of you how lives in NYcity...try Limores...your life will be much easier!!!

An excellent company to rely to , no hidden expenses, cheap airport transfers. I never go by taxi now, private cars are my choice.

I really do not believe in the limo companies, I m pretty sure you can have ur way by a taxi also, FIRST time I used Limores is when I had to schedule a ride for my family from Europe, They where thrilled, and also said there is nothing alike by them, they might even try opening a co there. I`ll try you guys by myself very soon :)

I had the chance to ride one of theirs limousines on my way to the airport. The chauffeur was very professional and courteous with me all the time, the car was very clean. They are not the cheapest one, but then i realized why.

Occasionally I like to rent a limo when me and my buddies r going out...and last time when we did that, it was NOT so good! I have only words of praise for this company...they made my husband's b-day celebration special because they sent us a beautiful limo and we even had a glass of champagne during the ride. It was really an extraordinary experience and we will always remember it!!!

I received an email from Limores advertising a 20% dicount for the first time users.So I went on website and checked it out and after only couple of mins I had booked a car myself with the disocunted price.It was pretty cheap and service was simply great.I'm gonna keep the track of their promotions, as they really do pay off!!

Limores provides it's customers many options on how to make a booking. They have a very eficient system for booking on line. However, for someone who is not experienced with it and who is not following instructions carefuly it can be a bit overwhelming. They do have a chat room service that is open 24/7, so even if you are stuck, they will help you out. So far all of my rides with Limores were great. Limores staff is very helpful and several times I booked a car 15 to 20 minutes before the ride without any problems.

Everything was so easy! I needed a ride from EWR, so only a few hours from landing, I visit their site, chat a little with some of their operators, he booked a ride for me, and that was it! I was surprised how quick and easy it was! Car was cool...black Lincoln...very clean! Also the driver was punctual and polite! I can recommend Limores to all of you...you won't regret!

So far I had many good rides with Limores, and only one ride that wasn't entirely satisfying. Many times have Limores advertised their accuracy, and they have delivered. Drivers follow instructions down to smallest detail and both phone and chat operators are very helpful. One time that a mistake occurred I received a discount on both that ride and the next one.

All things considered it is a very good service and I fully recommend it!
