I really do not know where to begin ,but i can only say the things i saw in this place goes beyond words. The lack of professionalism and lack of respect for clients is something clients never see.
I worked in limores.net for over 2 years and on a day to day saw clients overcharged-misquoted prices -hung up on and total unconcern for clients.
It goes to say that limores was owned by corrupt people is understatement....YOU take your chances on using this company and when it hits you in the face then you will know and remember what i have told you here.
Limores is the worst run company in the industry and why it has changed it's name.....Also affiliates beware-they do not pay bills just keep stringing you along until either you give up or they pay you less then what was owed.
I know companies they owe for more then 3 years and that is just some the others they do not even bother ...paying...
All i can say truly the worst experience i as an employee ever had.
I LEAVE THIS WARNING AS AN EX-EMPLOYEE SO IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT WENT ON IN THERE IT WAS ME.

Completely unreliable service. Beware, this is a scam.

Left me standing out in the cold at the airport. Called the driver and he was stuck in traffic. A car service is supposed to give themselves enough time to be there, that's the entire reason to pay for one. I took a yellow cab and this unprofessional scam of a company tried to charge my card a "cancellation fee".

YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. There are far more reliable options, avoid this one.

Three strikes and you're out. We won't be using Limores again. The latest: I called for a rate. Was quoted by the phone agent $168.00 for an early evening pickup at La Guardia to downtown Manhattan on a holiday. This is a regular town car we were requesting. Nothing special. i declined as I wasn't in the mood to be gauged that much for a trip that normally costs $40-60. A few minutes later, an email shows up, letting me know I could get a better quote of $110.00. Odd, but I called to inquire and was told that I had been misquoted both times, and that the correct rate was actually under $50.00. Many apologies were made for the misquoted rates. So, I booked the car. This was four days in advance of the reservation. When the day of our arrival in NYC came, our plane touched down, and I checked my email, and found a message from Limores stating that my reservation had been cancelled. Odd, since I never cancelled it! I called and assumed that the mistake was an electronic one that Limores would surely rectify. But instead, the phone agent simply told me. Sorry, we don't have a car for you. Your reservations has been cancelled. I explained the situation to her. But, No offer to locate a car, no offer to solve the problem in any way, no explanations. I asked for a manager. Was put on hold two times, for 20 minutes. When I finally spoke to a manager, he told me they simply did not have a car. No explanation. No offer to rectify the problem. Instead, he claimed that the original rate I had been quoted, for $168 was the actual rate. And that the original operator had been correct. Ridiculous! Who is running this place? This was now the FOURTH time that we'd been given what we were told was the WRONG rate! This place is a complete circus show. Again, no explanations, no offer to rectify the problem. Just a bad attitude. My guess is that they realized that they had managed to book other cars at the 168 rate, and didn't see the point in honoring the under $50 rate on a holiday when business was booming, despite the fact that they had sent me an email confirmation with this rate and I had made sure when placing the reservation that the rate I was quoted was in fact accurate. Finally, after making my point for the fourth time, that I was astonished at the lack of proper customer service did the manager finally agree to see if he could locate a car to pick us up. At this point, nearly 35-40 minutes had already passed since the time of my reservation. We had the forethought to stand in the long, snaking taxi line while I spoke to Limores. Good thing as when the manager came back on the line, he said he thought he could find a car, but we'd have to wait another 25 minutes. Ridiculous. Having to wait nearly and hour and a half for a car defeats the entire purpose of ordering one in the first place. The manager didn't seem to feel any need to take responsibility for multiple misquotes on the rate, nor for the huge disparity in those rates, nor for the booking of the car that never came. If only one person had dropped the ball, we wouldn't be upset...especially if the manager had moved to solve the problem quickly vs. what actually happened. It took over 15 minutes on the phone with him before he even considered checking the area for an available car. His attitude: take it or leave it. Limores is a joke. Definitely call them if you want to chance your car not showing up in the dead of winter; or you want your driver to arrive surly, and late, (that was another poor experience with this company.) or want to be quoted one price only to be gauged for another. We'd give them negative stars if that was possible. But we'll just leave it at this: BUYER BEWARE! Customers want a car service that is consistent and reliable. Limores fails on both counts. Too bad for those who work at the company who actually care about the customers. The others, like the MANAGEMENT screw it up for the ones who are trying to do a good job. Terrible.

I booked a limo through the Jet Blue website with Limores on 9/12/10, for pick up at JFK Airport on 1/1/11. This morning (12/29/10) Limores called me stating that they will refuse to honor that reservation unless I paid an additional $150, thus violating the contract I had with them and by inference Jet Blue. I may be stranded at JFK. Stay far away from these people.
As a follow up, Limores called me the next day (12/30/10) to tell me that my reservation would be honored and that my limo would be comped. The limo picked us up on time, and the driver was very efficient and courteous.

BEWARE THIS MOB!
I booked an Airport transfer from Newark with this Mob.
They ask for flight details. They didn't send a booking confirmation. They were told that I would contact them on arrival as I didn't have a cell phone.
I called them on arrival and was told they had been to pick me up at 1AM and not 1PM. Not having a confirmation they they promise to send on their website I couldn't argue but they did say when I called them (at 12.40PM) that they would send me a car to pick me up at 1PM (as originally required). When I got home my statement had made two deductions which I am currently disputing (They didn't tell me that they were going to charge me twice on the phone!). What is annoying is they say they pick up from Newark regularly. When did any flight from the UK arrive at Newark at 1AM??
Someone once warned me about Gangsters in New York. If the CIA or FBI are still trying to find them they can have this tip for free. The finders fee would be the return of one of the charges they have deducted.

BEWARE: Limores is a fraud. They charged me $162, when the total they quoted me was $72.

The driver tacked on his own tip, when I already tipped him in the car. He also added on a "waiting time" charge. My flight sitting on the runway for quite some time due to airline traffic. It's not my fault we didn't arrive to the gate in time, so why charge me $60 for this?

This company is so unprofessional, and I suggest no one use them. I can't believe Delta would actually partner with a company like this. I will also be contacting Delta in regards to this.

LIMORES IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.

ALSO they also leave themselves fake reviews to make them LOOK legit.

don't ever use blimos.com. I scheduled a limo from LAX to surprise my children to take us to our hotel. The driver never showed, and they took a $13.46 deposit which appeared on my May statement. I had reserved the car for July 2, 2010. I tried about six times calling them and leaving voice messages and never got a response. It is a total rip off. Call your credit card company and dispute any charges they charged you.

! reserved a ride with Limores from JFK to Manhattan via the JetBlue site. The driver never showed up to pick me up, and I was stuck at the airport late in the evening. No luck calling Limores, I just got an answering machine. The company did remember to bill my credit card $55 , having provided nothing. Never again.

Limores is a total rip off. Stay far away from this company. I was charged a different amount than what I was quoted on their site. It worked out to be a difference of $87. If you want upfront bookings with no strings attached use blimos.com. I personally one use blimos.com.

Had a driver solicit me as I was going from JFK to LaGuardia. That was my first mistake.

On the way I ask about the price. He quoted $67 + tolls. When I arrive the total bill is $117.50 including $10 for additional stops, $10 for waiting time?! I was tired and didn't want to argue so I just paid the fare but wait, it doesn't end here.

I also got scammed because I handed him 2 50s plus other bills then he must have switched one fifty out for a $5 and then said I gave him the incorrect amount. So I thought I made a mistake and gave him another $50! I found out the hard way when I got home and did my accounting.

Oh well, I learned my lesson.

Dishonest drivers, stay away at all costs.
