I've had nothing but professional dealings with this company. I felt the job they did on my labradoodle was well worth the money. There has never been any music playing at all when I've called (referring to the rap music in the other review) and the receptionist couldn't have been more professional and helpful. The owner even called me back one time to answer one of my questions and she could not have been nicer.

I can't say enough! I made an apt. on-line, and Robert called me back to make an appointment and answer any of my questions or concerns I had. After answering everything, I set up an apt. just for when I wanted at a great time. Eileen arrive just a few min. off time but that is because traffic around our area is horrendous, but only 13 min. off the apt. time, so NOT a big deal in the least. We talked a few min and my gabby warmed up to her right away! Since I knew the women's name I got my baby all excited before Eileen walked up to us. (I waited outside, i was so excited) So gabby knew who was coming and knew mommy approved and that everything would be OK. Yes a Lil pricey, but its so worth it. The animal is in a totally different environment, one on one service. She smells GREAT, she looks great and Eileen did a great job on gabby. It saved me the aggravation of a bouncy dog trying to jump out of the tub/sink, me looking like I took a bath with the dog and the drive time, since I CAN'T stand to drive in Houston.This is def. a great company, here in Houston and glad that I took the chance!! Eileen was great, Robert I believe the owner or Manager in the area was wonderful and real personable as well. Thanks for a great experience, I am so happy and so is miss gabby gab!

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THESE 'GROOMERS' AND THEY TOTALLY RUINED MY DOGS HAIR. MY DOG STILL DID NOT SMELL CLEAN AFTER I PAID MORE THAN 70 DOLLARS FROM HIS BATH. THE RECEPTIONIST I SPOKE TO WAS AROGANT AND CONDESCENDING TO ME, AND THERE WAS LOUD RAP MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A IMATURE AND IDOTIC COMPANY.

I am a first time cat owner of 1. I am very particular about services rendered, at vets and with groomers. I am extremely cautious about whom I let service my cat and don't just hand him over to anyone without a thorough check of their qualifications and adeptness of handling my feline. I could not have been more pleased with this company!!!! They allowed me to observe the entire procedure, took time to answer my questions and concerned, and talked/treated nicolas as if he was one of their own. They removed all his matts with ease and gave him a delicious bath that smells awesome even hours later!! The team was really helpful and at the end of the experience, I walked away feeling rejuvenated and fresh. I feel like both me and nicolas have made new friends that we will definently keep in touch with for future appointments.
Pros: Amiable, no cages, good environment, friendly attitude, gentle when compared with the job they must do
Cons: It will be 6 weeks before I can make another appointment with this fabulous company, since thats how long it takes for his shedding to return after use with the FURminator

I absolutely recommend Aussie Pet Mobile. Chris was awesome with my dog. She gets very nervous when she's separated from me, and she had a previous bad experience with a different grooming company, so I have been hesitant to take her anywhere. She instantly went to Chris and started licking his face. She seemed relaxed as he carried her down to the pet mobile. An our later she came back looking great and happy. It was awesome not having to worry about her and having it done so quickly. The people were very nice, they called me back promptly to make an appointment, and they were on time...very good service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Pros: very convenient - my dog was relaxed

These guys are AWESOME. My dog is always afraid to go to the groom shop. Doesn't like all the noise and commotion, and I hate to leave her there for half a day. Aussie came right to my door, quickly befriended my dog, and an hour later she came back into the house looking (and smelling) wonderful. I will definitely be a regular!
Pros: convenient, excellent haircut
Cons: a little expensive but worth the time saved
