Chris of Lease Construction was the first to respond to my request for service. He was the only Contractor to make an onsite inspection and he gave me a quote onsite. The quote was then followed up with a written quote via e-mail. He arrived with 2 workers in addition to himself and finished the job in 1 day. He came back the next day for some finish work, made sure it was completed as discussed and received payment. Chris and his crew did an excellent job. They used high quality, heavy stone to make the pathway and patio and were respectful of the plantings next to the pathway/patio. I would recommend Lease Construction to my friends.

Our experience with Lease Construction was exceptional! We are so pleased with the outcome of our project -- they installed a beautiful walkway on the side of our home. Quite frankly the end result was beyond our expectations. We have hired many different contractors in the past, and Lease Construction was a pleasant surprise. The work they did was excellent and during the few days they worked at our home, they always left the job site very clean and neat. Chris Lease is very professional and responsive. We recommend them highly and hope to use their services again in the very near future! These guys are extremely talented!

We will use Lease Construction for future projects. Our patio looks great and they did everything to our specifications. They were professional throughout the process and the price was consistent with other bids. To top things off, they finished a day early.
