Pleasant. High price but willingly did some extra work without extra cost. Fast; showed up with two helpers. Have to wait and see if my problems were corrected.

I wish I could have rated Expeditor, Inc with 4 and 1/2 stars. His work is great. He was polite and accommodating and the fees were reasonable. But it is immpossible to get this man (Dennis Morales) on the phone once you have hired him.. He will tell you which number to call him at and promises to answer. But he does not answer or return phone calls. You simply have to trust that work is progressing as scheduled. Oh, well. Nobody's perfect.

Our roof replacement was no small project. We had many proposals crossing the gamut of prices and expertise. I don't think I could have made a better choice than to go with Expeditor. Dennis and his crew managed to get the job done to perfection despite the worst weather ever for completing such a job. And he did so with charm and care. He is an exceptionally honest person - a unique trait for a contractor. His bid was good and stayed on target. He worked with our architect to assure the job was done within spec. He communicated with me throughout the process. And he rolled with the unexpected surprises with charm and ease.

Dennis came in, saw the problem, a leak coming from the roof into my apt. ceiling. He offered to seal holes on the roof right there on the spot, even though i was merely gathering quotes. If he didn't stop the leak, I didn't have to pay him, his reasonable fee! He'd continue to work on the problem until the leak stopped, if his on-the-spot fix didn't work. 2 hard rainfalls, and there's no leak. He's excellent!

Dennis Morales is a pleasure to deal with. He called, said he could be at the house within the hour to look over the job, and he was there as promised. He called from the site, told me what the problem was and quoted a very competetive price. Due to rainy weather he could not start immediately but he worked on Saturday and Sunday to finish. His statement to me that it is now his responsibility was reassuring. He even went the extra yard by removing and replacing our access ladder to the roof. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Dennis is honest and his team is hard working. Our old layers of roof had to be torn off and an entire new roof installed. The mess is unavoidable, but the team did their best to make it as painless and neat as possible. Our neighbors wanted Dennis' card as they viewed the job he was doing. The roof looks great. A job well done.

Dennis was quick to respond to my request. His price was quite fair and he arrived early as stated to start and complete the entire job before I needed to go to work. I am very satisfied.

Denis was very professional, thorough and overall was just a nice guy. While he was only there to fix one leaky area in the roof he also checked the rest of the roof. In the process he found an open area in the roof membrane that was not located near the leaky area that had gone unnoticed by three other contractors who had come to give estimates. He also didn't mind that I was on the roof with him to watch the work he was doing (which is not to say that I felt the need to stay to make sure they did a good job.)

We've had some light rain for 3 hours and didn't have a leak although I'm still waiting for the heavy rain to come to certain that everything has been fixed.

Denis is certainly someone I would recommend.
