Tom was open and honest about what we would be getting with the different shingle choices - we actually went with a less expensive option. Flexible and attentive to needs - I changed the color of the valley material after it was delivered. The trash trailer was not removed until late at night (this was not communicated), so we could not park in the garage 1 night.

Tom Prew himself has been helpful, friendly and reliable. His crew did a good job, though instead of the agreed woven valley the crew installed a cut closed valley. It looks good, it's just not what was agreed. I'm happy with the work and have not asked for a correction. On the first day the crew arrived hours later than estimated, but that may have had to do with prior jobs taking longer. Clean-up was excellent, my only query is that the plants could have been protected a little better at the start of the project. I would use this company again, not least because of the mix of quality work and very competitive pricing. No down payment needed
