Install an Attic or Whole House Fan

The professionals at Expert Express were on top of the job. They came out, helped me assess what I needed to fix my attic fans, and had everything installed within 24hrs. Everyone was courteous and very knowledgeable about the problems I was having and what was needed to remedy them. I will definitely contact them again if I need further work with which they can help.

Dishonest and incompetent!

I had them come and extend a gas line and put in a new 120v electric switch for putting in a gas range (converting from electrical range). They said two permits would be required citing $300 ($85 for each permit and remaining for filling the forms) which I later found out from the permit office costed just $60... thats a 500% higher price!!! Also I was very displeased by the way the work was carried out. The local code required the gas line to be grounded (aka bonding). One of their contractor said the grounding work was done, but when I inspected the crawlspace I found that they had just left the grouding wire halfway and had not connected it to the electrical ground, when I pointed this out, they didnt apologize for their mistake. Their work failed the inspection two times before it got approved costing me a lot of time and money and unncessary stress.

I have used Expert Express several times (I have an older home) and have always been pleased with their service. They take the time to explain what is going wrong and what my options are to fix it- never any pressure to replace versus repair. They let me decide what I want to (and can afford to) do. They answer all my questions. They are always prompt and are very attentive. They take extra care to take care of me and my house. They use mats and shoe covers to protect my carpet when they are inside. They are friendly and don't smoke or swear in my house.
