Kent provided a clean writeup and was very friendly. When he arrived to inspect, his son did half of the inspection while he did the other half - this wasn't something I would have expected.
Several simple items were missed during the inspection - as a result, they were not fixed when the home was purchased.
- A door did not latch when closed, therefore did not close on its own
- There was marker writing on the floor in several places
These were things that could easily be missed if you were buying the place and didn't think about it, but they are things that should be looked for by an inspector.

The current owner of the home inspected by Kent is also a housing professional and was present; so it was an interesting walk-through with slightly added pressure. Kent obviously knows what he's doing; however, and didn't flinch as he inspected every corner of the house with two people standing over his shoulder. Nothing seem to distract him and his final analysis was accurate and thorough. He not only found all the problem areas, but also provided excellent preventive advice specific to the home. As mentioned in previous reviews, the pictures in the report really help.

Superior insight into the issues with the property. Thorough and patient. Not in a rush to complete. Was terrific at documenting in black and white so there is no dispute with the seller about items requiring correction.
