Nu U Medspa - Arrowhead Mall

I had restalyne injected several times and was pleased. I also paid approximately $2000 for the laser treatment for age spots and microdermabrasion. That was OK but not great. I was then considering the new laser treatment for skin tightening. I was quoted $5,000 and I filled out a Care Credit Card application. A few days later I called and said I reconsidered as this was just a little too much for my budget. I was told the manager would have to call me to process refund....which she never did. After many phone calls to her which were never returned, I called the Home Office Customer Service Dept and talked to a woman who said she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I persisted in calling as I by now had my Care Credit Bill and it showed the charge of $5000. I finally reached another woman who apologized profusely and said it would be immediately taken care of. That was in November of 2007. It is now January 31st and the charge is still on my Care Credit Card bill. Marie, who is the new manager at the Arrowhead Store has been calling me back with follow ups but she is the only one who does return my calls. Unfortunately she has not been able to get my refund either. I am going to report Nu U to the BBP and Attorney General's Office for Consumer Fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THE ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS. I have read comments from their other locations and they all have similar complaints to mine. $5000 is a lot of money for a service I never received and I will not let the matter drop.
