Serving Austin for over 6 years, Bamboo Grille is our family's newest addition. We welcome you to join us in a feast for all the senses. With an extensive menu of old favorites and new creations, there's something here to suite every taste. A few of the dishes we recommend are Salt & Pepper Calamari or Crawfish, Shaken Beef, Grilled Sea Bass and Shrimp with Walnuts. We have also added sushi to our menu so be sure to check it out. Inside Bamboo Grill you'll find a rich decor filled with items from our recent travels to Asia. Nearly everything you see is hand-constructed from bamboo shipped directly from Vietnam. The friendly staff is also outfitted in traditional Vietnamese attire. All elements coalesce in enhancing the flavors of authentic Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine in our hopes to provide you a truly memorable dining experience.

I love this place. It is so convenient for me since I work at 3M! Love their vietnamese dishes! You have to try their vermicelli and noodle soup! YUMMMY!

not 4 and half star restaurant 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

I do not think Bamboo Grill is a 4 and half star restaurant. The food is mediocre, I went there few times with family and friends. The place is very clean and waiters are friendly and nice. The price is very reasonable. I would say if you are not looking for a Great meal, you just want a cheap and average lunch/dinner, It is a good place to go.

Only Good Option In The Area For Asian Food 4 Star Rating - Very good

My wife and I typically order take-out as do many other people. The restaurant is quite large, plenty of seating, nice decor and clean. The restaurant is tucked away in the plaza off FM 2222 at Jester. They do have a great menu selection, vegetarian, Vietnamese, and of course Chinese. My wife typically orders from the Vietnamese section (Vermecelli bowl) and I always seem to order the Veggie Delight. Bamboo Grill always satifies our Asian craving. Although I like Sushi, I've never tried it here. They have a sushi bar and from what I noticed they are really trying push it. I have not been to Pao's Mandarin House in Lakeway but I heard it is good so it's on the agenda. Bamboo Grill is a good option. Avoid the China Pacific Restaurant in Lakeway- it's horrible.

Pros: Food is Good, Nice atmosphere, Plenty of Seating, Attentive Service, Kids Menu
Cons: I can't think of any.
