In addition to the great cuts and styles I've received from Tita over the years, I was recently turned on to the facial service provided at the salon. Honestly, as a guy, I was not terribly interested in facials and would not have admitted it to my friends. But, after giving in and letting Adrina give me my first, I realized that facial service is similar to a massage in that you emerge from it completely relaxed and refreshed. Not only did Adrina create an amazingly tranquil environment, I learned more about the health of my skin and how to care for it. I loved how she did not assume what I needed, but took the time to ask about my lifestyle and educated me on how it related to my skin. For you guys out there, it really is a cool service.

My friend found this salon on Citysearch and made an appointment that day. Rick colored, cut and highlighted her hair. He did an unbelievable job! From her rave reviews I decided to make an appointment the following week. I was most definitely not disappointed. He cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and is as sweet as he is talented. We will both be back soon!

Love the atmoshpere here! And the crew at Melrose Hair studio are awesome. Rick especially, he blew dried my hair with ease and careness. He made sure that every wave in my hair was tamed and was not coming back until I washed it. He's very precise and knows his sh**! Your salon Rocks Tita and your crew is the best!

I was in a constant search of a hair dresser who would not be afraid to and know how to give me a sheik and unique look ( I did not want to look like all the other girls, but I also didn't want to look like a crazy haired person). Yes my search was over when I found Jamie WOW WOW WOW...what can I say other than she's AMAZING...a true artist. She makes my hair look phenomenal and she does it with such ease and grace like you wouldn't believe it. She's so quick too...I don't even know how she does it. I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair...anyone who leaves their hair in Jamies' hands is hooked...so be ready if you go see her you won't ever go another hair stylist again.

Jamie is the best!
She has been doing my color and cut for over a year. She is always active and completely in tune with what new look and cut I want. And she recently introduced me to hair extensions, and I love them!
Jamie is a charming, charismatic, intelligent hairdresser, and she takes her job much like a painter to his canvas, and comes out with a masterpiece every single time! She will NOT dissapoint you and will spend time to get to know you and talk about your hair: texture, styles, hair products, everything that works for you- and what may be a little harder to pull off. In short: professional, personable, and a girl who knows her hair!
I would recommend her to all the ladies and gents out there!

Just went to Melrose hair studio for the first time, Octavio really took care of me, Beautiful haircut and awesome color. My hair is in the best condition it has ever been. The treatments he uses are phenomenal. ICON products are great!!!

Oh my god! Last week I got a facial by Adrina, the new esthetician, and wow! I must say, I caought mysefl snoring while she worked on my face. And the results were amazing! I love her! Envirment in the room was awesome and her touch was very soothing. And my face was as clean as could ever be. I wouls advise you to give her a try. She did informed me that she was goving away complimantery 30min. facials, I'd reccomend it!

I totally recommend Melrose Hair Studio in West Hollywood. i am always pleased to go get my haircut done there. The staff is always very pleasant and corteous with the clients. I specially would recomment Rick, he's my personal hair stylist and I LOVE him!!! he's has such wonderful touch and will take care of you very delicately.

The answer to my prayers!!! Every parent's fear...my teenager had to have the impossible do...or so I thought..until we found Richard!! he took his time and made sure she went from Terror Teen to Hot on the Scene!! We will follow Richard to the ends of the earth to keep her hair looking this good!!!

Richard saved my hair from a tragedy! I let a lady in a small dive shop cut and color my hair, MISTAKE! When Richard saw my hair he went to work cutting off the damage and making my hair feel like silk again! Now I wont even let my mother cut my hair, Richard is the miracle maker and he gives you his honest opinion.

I AM A PAIN IN THE A$$ WHEN IT COMES TO MY HAIR, AND IF ITS NOT TO MY EXACTING EXPECTATIONS SOMEONE IS GOING TO TO HEAR ABOUT IT. I WENT INTO THIS NEWLY FOUND HAIR OASIS TO GET MY "DO" DONE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE.

When I moved to LA from NY over seven years ago, I was very worried about finding a new hair stylist, but once I found Tita, my problem was solved and I have stayed with her ever since. She is professional, very accomodating and as nice as could be.

I went online to look for a salon because I have yet to find a regular one that I like in Los Angeles. For those of us who don't want to pay $300 for a cut, it's a challenge to find someone who's both talented and reasonably priced. I'm done looking! Tita did such a superb job on my hair that I swear I was getting stares as I walked down Melrose. She's also really nice and makes you feel super comfortable. If you want to look like a model and still have money left over to buy a cute outfit on Melrose, go see Tita.

I got my hair done by Tita about three weeks ago. I came in on a Thursday afternoon and brought in severel pictures from a magzine of a caramel color I wanted (I have dark brown hair). Well I walked out with exactly what I wanted!!! I have gotten nothing but compliments and every day three weeks later I think about how much I love my hair. I highly recommend Tita. I had never gone to her before, but looked on this website for recs and heard by word of mouth that she was very talented. I got results 10x better than I have from the stylist I've been going to for almost 3 years. I finally remember what it feels like to get good results and feel amazing walking out of a salon. Oh and turning my dark hair into a pretty caramel with blonde highlights would cost hundreds of dollars anywhere else, and my total was less than $175 with the 10% off citysearch coupon. AND this included an amazing cut, blowout and eyebrow tint!!! I finally have a great stylist! =)

Tita's on her own in this new salon. Melrose Hair is in a trendy district, but the vibe of place is friendly. I love the open feeling of the salon with the big glass doors that stay open to the street; almost like getting your hair done outside. My girlfriend got great color from Tita, and I've had several awesome cuts. Very relaxing little head massage during the shampoo too.

I love Tita she does the best color and gave me a great massage while washing my hair and the cut makes me look gorgeous. Without her my hair would a be a disaster. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing that I feel at home. The bext place in this town so far.

Tita has been cutting my hair for 7 years and since I started I wont let anyone else even get close to my head. She knows her stuff, is super friendly and I have been to the new place twice already. Melrose Hair Salon is reasonably priced, located in the middle of melrose shopping area and they do everything (cuts, color, etc). The new salon is totally cool with comfortable couches and Tita always works around your sched. Her staff is great and the whole place has a cool, relaxing atmosphere. She always has time for walk ins and if you are looking for a great stylist I would definately check this place out.

It's really hard to get a good haicut that keeps its form and color for months - at a reasonable price! But I've found the perfect place! Melrose Hair Studio. Tita, the groovy gal that opened the salon was at another location for 17 years and has a very strong clientele ... but, she always has time for walk-ins.

I have been going to Tita for over two years now and followed her from Vous to Melrose Hair Studio. I'm so happy she has her own salon now. She's deserved it! The place is very hip and very comfortable. I took my teenage daughter to one of the stylists, Brandon, and he did an amazing job on her hair. She hasn't stopped talking about it and her friends are all asking where she had it done.

I used to go to Tita when she was over at Vous, so I followed her to her new place, and I really like it. It is still as hip; it just isn't as loud. I always get compliments on my haircut, and her scalp massage is great!

In LA there are many salons to choose from, and Melrose Hair Studio is one of the best. Reasonable pricing and great service brings me back again and again. Tita is one of the best stylists that I have ever had. I have been to her for both haircuts/styles and coloring and have been pleased every time. Tita is very good at listening to exactly what you want. She also gives the most amazing neck and scalp massage with your wash. Highly Recommended.

Melrose Hair Studio is a hip and fun salon. The staff took care of me and I got exactly the type of cut and highlights I was hoping for. Prices were comparable to what I was used to paying before but the experience and results were better. I'll be sure to return and will recommend this salon to all of my friendss.

Saw the ad on Citysearch and checked out Melrose Hair Studio. I really hadn't been happy with the color I was getting at other salons. Tita did a fabulous job with my cut and color. I can't speak highly enough for her work. The salon has a very airy feel about it. Don't miss out. The citysearch coupons are welcome too!

I have been going to Tita for over 6 years now, first when she was with Vous Hair Salon, and now that she has her own salon. Many people have come to me over the years asking where I get my hair done -- every single one of them has become a loyal client of Tita's. I think what sets her apart is that you can get high-end cut/styling for a really reasonable price. Another great bonus is that when she's not too busy and can wash your hair herself, she gives an amazing neck/scalp massage along with your wash.

I've got stick straight asian hair which is very difficult to style. It's rare to find a stylist that knows how to handle my hair competently. Tita always does a great job, no matter what the styling request. I can't recommend her highly enough. - Mike J.
