Mr. Seiders was thorough and knowledgeable. He had reviewed my description of what I wanted, brought a brochure so I could see what I would be purchasing, spent a good bit of time discussing exactly what I wanted, and walked the lot with me to be sure we were on the same page. After spending awhile measuring the site, he provided a detailed, written bid, which I accepted. The company put up the fence in the time and for the cost we agreed on. Some clearing of bushes was necessary and initially cut branches were left onsite, but when I called, he sent his crew out to clean things up immediately. It was a good businesslike experience.

I personally designed the balcony railing that I wanted; it was very custom. Sloan went out of his way to figure out how to have this made for me. I was given several choices of details along with great customer service.

Excellent. After rain delay they sent a large crew and were well coordinated. Got the job done well. I liked that they fabricate the gates on site and can adjust the size right then and there as needed to fit. My last fence experience required a couple of days delay while a gate was fabricated back at the site. These guys accommodated the fact that I had to kennel my 3 dogs during the project and finished right on time so I didn't have to have any unexpected kennel costs. Yes I recommend them.
