I had a fence replaced and the contractor did a bad job. I called As Good As New and they came out with a fair bid to correct all of the problems left behind by the contractor who installed the new fence. Gene Wright is an awesome fence repairman and was very concerned about our satisfaction as well as our neighbors. He had good solutions to the numerous problems that we had and I am very satisfied with his work. He worked late to assure that we were happy. Ask for Gene!

Let me recap:
1. After repeating my name several times, Anne still called me by wrong name every time we spoke.
2. We were told estimate would be sent out quickly to my husband's e-mail. Never received. I had to request again to my own e-mail.
3. We were told we would each receive details regarding company policies before appointment day (by e-mail)-never received.
4. We were given a quote $386.12 to repair 4 fence posts,and told it would be amended if less posts needed fixing.
5. Waited ALL DAY for contractor to arrive.
6. Contractor claimed $386.12 was set price for ANY # of posts up to 4-basically wanting to charge us almost $200 per post.

Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence

They called me right away when I signed up on line and came out the same week for the estimate and I had the repair to the fence done the next day. I did get two other estimates that week but they were the lowest price and had the same high rathings as the other two companies so in the end it came down to price. Great job! I will use them again.
