This is the worst company we have ever dealt with! The technician didn't know what parts to order and never showed back to fix our dishwasher. The owner never called to resolve the problem or appologize and he never gave us our money back. We finally disputed it with our credit card company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Set up an appt through Maytag to fix a brand new washer that had never been used. They came out on a Saturday and were supose to be there between 8-12. They showed up at 12:30. No biggie.. just 30 min late. Had to call to make sure they were still coming. They ordered a part, once again no big deal I didnt expect them to have everything with them. I called to set up another appt when the parts came and was not able to get through to them even though it was within their hours of operation. Had to call Maytag to set the appt up and was told it would be on a Thursday between 8-5. The night before they called and said it would be from 1-5. Well on Thurdsday, 5 came and went. I tried calling before they closed to confirm we were not going to have the same problem as the week before... no answer. I called Maytag and they called Alliance. They guy who was supose to come out hurt himself and had to be sent home. No problem things happen. They told me that someone else would be sent out that night and put the parts in since we had been waiting all day and he would call when he was in the area since he had one call before coming over. They never showed up. I litterally sat around all day waiting for nothing and was never able to talk to any of them to get help.

This company is HORRIBLE! Terrible customer service. Ignorant administrative help. Beware! They will schedule an appointment within a 4 hour window, and then change it at the last minute. I had to take the morning off from work, losing pay, and then they said they couldn't make it until 5 o'clock. What's the point of scheduling an appointment so far in advance? I was stuck losing a full day's pay. Would NEVER use a company that places such a low priority on customer service.

A++++ I shopped around for my best deal and I hit the jackpot. My Refrigerator was not cooling and they came out. Didn't have the part but went to pick it up. they where well groomed and very well educated. NOT A RIPOFF I would recommend them to anyone

Viking oven door only opened halfway and no longer closed properly. Appt promptly set up with very courteous Alliance associate. Tech came out on time as scheduled and ordered the 2 replacement oven door hinges. When parts arrived, called Alliance again to schedule the install. Same courteous treatment with office staff. Requested tech call half hour before arrival. Tech called and promptly replaced the oven door hinges without a hitch. He vacuumed the dust which collected inside the oven and door hinges and applied a lubricant to hinges for added smooth operation. Same professional service as first diagnostic visit. Service prices are competitive. Experience with Alliance was exceptional. They know Viking stoves/ovens! Would use again and highly recommend to anyone!

I had Alliance Appliance service more than one of my appliances recently, you know what they say, when it rains it pours! All three times I have had a wonderful experience. From the lady who answers the phone and scheduled the appointment, to each technician that came out, I was treated kindly and respectfully. Everything was always explained in detail so I understood what needed to be done, and I though the prices were very fair. I was completely satisfied with my experience with alliance appliance. I have used them on more then one occasion and have never had to wait more then a few days for an appointment. my appointment this time was in 2 days.They arrived on time but they did not have the part I needed in stock, which was explained to me.They could not possibly stock every part for every machine! the part came to me in a few days, I called in and they came the very next day to install it. the tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I plan on using them again in the future!

I bought my washer about a year ago and it broke a few days ago. I called in on a thursday to schedule an appointment but they couldn't get out that day but they would come on monday. they said they would call if there were any openings... friday i got a call around 12pm and they said another customer had to reschedule their appt and they could fix my washer that day (friday). ive had no problems since and they were very friendly.the part was slightly expensive because my washer is not common but that isnt their fault

After reading the reviews on Alliance, I'll admit, I was a little hesitant to even schedule the appointment. My dishwasher is just out of the warranty period (of course!) and didn't want to spend money on another one, so I decided to go ahead with the call. I got their number through Frigidaire and when I called to make the appointment, I found out that they wouldn't be able to come out for 2 days. I was a little surprised, but found out that this is the normal wait time for appliance companies (the other ones I called were either the same wait time or more). The girl scheduled me for an all-day appointment on a Wednesday, but assured me that I would receive a call with the time frame between 3 & 5 the day before, which I got at 4 pm. She even took the time to answer my hundred stupid questions!The technician that came out was very friendly, nice and knowledgeable and went over exactly what the problem was and what I needed to fix it. He put the order in for the part right away and I actually received it within 2 days! I called to make another appointment for the installation and this time I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The same technician came back out, but when we opened the box, we found out that Frigidaire had sent the wrong one. The tech actually showed me that he did order the correct one, so it was through no fault of his own. He put in another order and again I received the part 2 days later. I made another appointment, the tech showed up and installed the part and finally I had my dishwasher back! My hands were very happy...Overall, I had a very good experience with Alliance Appliance. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful and I'm very pleased. Sure, there was a bump along the way with the wrong part sent but things happen and it wasn't anyone's fault at Alliance. I'll definitely go with them with any appliance problems in the future...

I called Maytag for service on my dishwasher and they told me it would be a week before someone could come out. I called Alliance and they were able to get someone out that day! The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will be using them for all of my future repairs, and would recommend them to anyone!

My appointment was set up between 3 and 5pm. The tech showed up at about 5:10. Not a big deal - but had to get the kids to soccer practice. The tech had what ever he needed on truck and was done in about 15-20 minutes. Glad he came so I could get back to my laundry. Same day service was key!!
