Pete, the owner, was able to make suggestions over the phone of products appropriate for my spatial constraints. After making some intial selections, he was able to further refine my choices after visiting my home. I am very happy with the products that we chose and how clean my equipment looks after the installation. I have a pretty busy work schedule, but Pete's crew was able to execute with only initial direction from me. This freed me up to get my work done without having to worry.

I contactd Advanced AV to ask a question. I am a do-it-yourselfer and had a simple question. I called and Peter the CEO answered the call. I made it clear that I was not a a paying customer. In spite of that fact, Peter took the time to answer more than the simple question about speaker wire that I asked. Peter was very helpful , knowledegable, professional and courteous...especially for someone that knew he was not going to profit from the advice he was giving. What a pleasant experience!

It was awesome being able to work with the owner of the company, Peter. Figuring out what products would work for me was an extremely easy process thanks to Peter. I had no clue about these products, I only knew what I hoped the project would sound like. Expectations were exceeded and I love the set up installed by Advanced A/V Solutions. They stand behind their work and products. The owner, Peter, has actually made personal trips out to my location to inspect the work and even gave me a tutorial on how to better use my set up. Would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

When we started searching greater Austin for a company to install an audio system in our locker room, Advanced A/V Solutions came to the front of the line. Pete and his crew did a great job in determining our needs and also fitting it into our budget. The service was quick and they were able to work around our schedule to get it installed. Advanced AV Solutions did a great job for us getting our sound system repaired and reinstalled. This is a 21 year old system and the sound hasn't been this great for several years. It now sounds like it did 21 years ago when it was installed. We really appreciate the work Advanced AV Solutions did and as we send this message we are enjoying great music. Thank you, Thank you!! I called them to install speakers into my existing structure when I was not able to do it myself. They came out and installed the speakers in the first floor ceiling and they look sounds great!!

In extensive remodeling of our home, one of the key components was the selection of an audio visual company to wire the house for new tv (media room), stereo, and security features. After several interviews the final selection of Advanced AV Solutions proved to be the right decision.

The professionalism, technical knowledge, and advise for the final system was excellent and has proven to be exactly what we anticipated. The pricing was fair, the work was professional, clean, and on time, and the results are excellent.

The value and enjoyment their systems have brought to our home has far exceeded the cost of the project and we can highly recommend their services.

Advanced AV Solutions provided me with a flawless experience. Peter and his team installed a custom TV and sound system in my new condo in the 360 building. The entire team was customer focused, and the communication at every step was great. Peter made himself available by phone, and the reception team at the office was super friendly and willing to hear me out on every little detail. The installation team encountered some challenges with electrical wiring in my unit, but they were able to work around it and customize a solution for what I needed. The attention to detail was first class, they even wore surgical booties on my hard wood floors! The craftsmanship is unmatched ? you would never know that they had to drill and cut several large holes in my finished walls, and all the wiring and component hook-ups were left in a very professional and clean arrangement. The follow-up customer service has been equally exceptional. I?ve had a couple of small follow-up issues (unrelated to the original work performed), and at each step, Peter and his team were professional, courteous, and kept me informed on everything they were doing. No detail was overlooked. Peter has a passion for electronics and he and his team treated my home as if it were their own. I appreciate that, and in today?s highly competitive market place they stand out as an example of great customer service and superior product knowledge. I can?t thank them enough.

When I moved to Austin at the beginning of the summer I contacted several AV companies. Advanced AV Solutions provided me with the best fit for my needs in my new home. They provided recommendations re manufacturers of equipment to meet my needs which included HDTV?s, surround sound, home music system and wireless internet. I have been completely satisfied with their equipment selections, installation and prompt follow-up. They are very knowledgeable with the latest developments in the AV world

These guys have been working their butts off here at the Austin 360 condos. I am very pleased with the service, as well as the passion they all have for the custom home theater/design applications they use. These guys are constantly having to deal with broken elevators and being in the tallest building in Austin does not help. They are constantly grabbed in every direction meanwhile keeping their game face on and getting right to business. When they came and installed the initial package I bought through the agent I wasnt aware of these guys being more than installers, but they are! They helped me pick out a beautiful LCD that I am completely happy with. They also helped me pull the minimal package I had purchased together by adding some additional speakers, a receiver, and some other little things helping me to creat a mini theater the fits perfectly with the condo life. I have spoken to quit a few of my neighbors here and the ones that have started their package installation have had nothing but good things to say. In fact when they had an appointment scheduled for us at 1pm and they were running behind Peter actually came up and told me they would be a half hour late. They have always been great communicating with me every step of the way and I definitely appreciate that!

I first started doing business with Advanced AV Solutions last year. I called and had an estimate for the works: theater, lighting control, access control, house sound, intercoms, as well as a camera system. I knew I wouldnt be able to do it all at once and they were more than willing to do each project seperately, so thats what we did. Each project was attacked seperately. I am thrilled with the entire project, but I do have to say that the last one we did was lighting control, and I was blown away at the difference in my house from before and after! My house went from having numerous light switches, in one room I had 4 switches, on another I had 3, and so on. They came over, discussed my options, showed me the difference between a Lutron switch and the $0.79 switch that comes in so many houses. In my kitchen they were able to do a system that controlled every switch, but without the switches on the wall! We re-located them to the pantry, and now we are able to control it via a remote, and we have different settings so for cooking we can have the lights all the way up, or for night time we can turn on just the under cabinet lights. One other feature I loved that tied into my alarm was the safe entry package they had. My wifes favorite because if the alarm is tripped in the middle of the night our outdoor lights flash, and all the inside lights turn on! Also she can turn the lights on from a remote in her car, so she never enters a dark home. We didnt know how much we would like or use the lighting control, but we are extremely happy with it. With a touch of a button the lights dim and we are in movie mode. But its also great when we are upstairs and realize we left a light on... we turn it off with the touch of a button. Without having to get back out of bed. You definitely need to get this system! You wont regret it.

I did my AV shopping, called several companies I found online through google and citysearch and had them come out for estimates. I was impressed by how fast these guys came out versus some of the other companies having to wait as many as 5 days to see someone. So I made an appointment and had there consultant out the very next day! I was also impressed by how fast I got my estimate, which I was told would take 24-48 hours. I got it back that same night. Now, I didnt have very much I needed. (Just a theater room with all the fixings!) but I was able to compare everything very easily. They gave me options, told me the difference between those options and when I had a question about a projector, they sent me photos and information on the product! Everyone else just sent me a piece of paper! I appreciated that they went the extra mile for me. I had a couple of estimates that were a lot cheaper, but when I read that fine print and realized there was no way it could be done in the time those other companies bid me for, I realized when you added the difference up I would probably end up being extremely upset when I got my bill for the same or more. I liked that they were honest and up front with all costs. The man who came out knew what he was talking about, and has had extensive training with audio and design, making me feel a lot more comfortable with my decision. They came out the beginning of the following week and by Saturday my 120" screen was up, the projector we chose was amazing, and the sound was movie theater quality! I am so happy I did my research and I believe I found the right company! I just want to thank the boys who came out and made this all possible! You guys worked hard, and made the impossible possible!

I called this company after I had explored many ads in the phone book, and online. Some big box names, and some craigslist companies. They werent as cheap as some and they werent as expensive. It was Christmas time and I wasnt wanting to spend a fortune on the plasma I bought for my husband. Not only that, but it was 4 days until Christmas. So I thought I was probably going to have to wait until after Christmas, or deal with a company I was unsure off. I called this ad on the side of Google, a friendly woman answered the phone. Answered my questions, and I ad my free estimate the very nest day! I was shocked. So naturally I put my decision making on hold. After my appointment I figured I would probably not make a decision and have one to make after the Holidays, but Advanced A/V got back to me the very next day. The price wasnt the cheapest, wasnt the most, but the comfort level I felt with them outweighed my decision. I had my plasma mounted before Christmas, and my husband loves his new TV. He definitely enjoyed opening his present a little earlier then Christmas. I have referred them to several friends already, and will continue to do so. I will also be using them again in a few months for my lighting control. They are so professional and go that extra mile for you! I hope you give them a call, just like I did. You wont regret it!

I called Aloha and they came and give me an estimate the next day. There rates were great and I got a new 46" Samsung LCD cheaper then anywhere else I could find. They did a great job hanging my tv on the wall and I couldn't be happier. I'm watching all my movies over because they just look so good on my new TV. Thanks guys....
