Dana was very professional and responsive. Due to many problems with the furnace Dana had to come out serval times to service the furnace. He made sure that the furnace was repaired properly and would not leave until all of the work was correctly done. Cleveland Comfort Solutions is the only compnay that I will use for any furnace repairs and if needed to one day replace this furnace.

I had requested AC repair service from an another company and they were going to charge me more than $600 for diagnosis and repair. I found Cleveland Comfort Solutions via Service Magic and gave them a call regarding my AC unit issue. They were very responsive and came out the same day to check out the problem. They agreed not to charge for service cost and also completed the same work for $250. I came home after work and they explained the work they did and helped me understand the zonal setting in my home. I was impressed with thier professionalism and customer care. I would highly recommend Cleveland Comfort Solutions for AC work.

Cleveland Comfort Solutions was easy and convenient to work with. My husband and I have several rental properties that we manage. It can be a chore with logistics scheduling for contractors and tenants.
