She knows her color! I have been going to Lynn for over 4 years now and have never been unpleased. She listens to what you want, she can help you if you are clueless, and she can be trusted with scissors! Her bubbly personality makes you feel like you have been friends your whole life, and she makes you as comfortable as possible.
Even TV, drinks, and magazines! She concentrates on one person at a time and gives you the full attention you deserve.

Pros: Cut, color, stylist all-two thumbs up!

This was my first hair apt. with Lynn and I was doing a big change with my color and cut. Lynn did an amazing job. I went from blonde to brunette and I love the shade of brown she created. My cut turned out great too. I had her give me bangs after not having them for nine years -and she cut them exactly how I wanted them. Lynn really takes the time to understand what you want so you leave happy! Thanks Lynn!

Lynn was amazing. She took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my haircut and style. It was amazingly relaxing being there and had a nice feeling from a place situated with a one on one setting. I loved it and will be going back.

I've known lynn for a long time and love the way she does my hair. Shes very easy to work with and I enjoy her company. Would highly recommend her as I drive from Queen Creek just to get my hair done

I moved from NY and was very nervous about finding someone to color my hair. Had so many people not get it right in the past. Lynn listened to my description and nailed the color! As a matter of fact, she made it even better than I could've imagined.
Highly recommend Lynn for color and a nice hour or two of conversation. She's great. She's even fluent in American Sign Language.

Just had my second visit and love what Lynn has done to my hair. I am getting many compliments with the new color. I highly recommend Lynn as she spends time with her clients getting to know them and she is genuine......

Tangles Salon is an oasis of fun and comfort. I have found the perfect person to style and cut my hair. Lynn is so intune with her clients needs and styles . Whenever I have been thinking of changing/upating/or just adding a little kick to my style she is thinking the same thing.

My entire family has their hair styled at Tangles, for us it feels like home, perhaps since we have known her for over 7 years-it is home.....

I was tired of paying too much for bad haircuts and haircolor services from "good" salons .
I have had my cosmetology lisc. for 20 years so maybe I'm a little picky..but I got to the point where I just wanted someone to cut my hair without messing it up! I went to Lynn after reading her reviews, and they were accurate. She really knows hair, and is so good at it.
I have never had a bad service with Lynn, and she is such a pleasure to visit with while you are in her chair.

Lynn is an exceptional stylist and colorist. She listens to what you are experiencing with your hair and makes excellent suggestions on how to resolve your issues. I have been complimented on both cut and color since coming to Lynn and would not go to anyone else. Not only is Lynn my stylist, I consider her and her family as part of my family.

I hadn't had a haircut in months. My hair was terrible and my last hairdresser was horrible, so I was nervous to get another cut from a new hairdresser. I read the reviews on Citysearch and because so many great things were said about her I decided to go with my mum. Lynn owned her own "suite" in a building shared with other private hairdressers. Her room was nicely decorated and gave you a cozy feeling. Lynn made you feel at home. She was polite and chatty. I chose a cut that was medium length with bangs (a fringe). I hadn't had a fringe for years and my hair is curly so I was worried how it would turn out. When I got up from the chair I was shocked. My hair was amazing!!! She made my hair so straight, that I thought was impossible. I looked so different. My hair was silky and perfect. I couldn't believe it. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a haircut at the best place on earth. I can't tell you how much I loved my new haircut!! Thank you Lynn!!!

I recently moved here from Washington State and was very anxious about finding a new stylist after having the same one for ten years. I went to another local salon in Mesa and had a bad experience there which led me to neglect my hair for a couple more months. By the time I went to Lynn, my hair was a disaster area. She made me feel totally comfortable. Right away I could tell that she is knowledgeable about her trade and the products she uses. She recommended a cut and color that would suit my face and skin tone as well as gave me a deep conditioning treatment to repair the damage, and it turned out lovely. She also gave me some tips on how to protect my hair from the chlorine. She was gentle and I had no problems with her technique like I have had with others. I have found my new stylist! She's very friendly and fun to talk to while you are being pampered and prettied. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and you can even get other beauty services from other studios if you choose. Great experience, thank you Lynn!

Lynn is amazing at listening to what you want and doing just that. I have been more than impressed with her professionalism, yet she is still very personable. I love her so much that she even cuts my 3 and 2 year olds wild and curly hair. Lynn is the best in town!

Lynn is amazing-she always knows exactly what I want and it always looks perfect. I tell her I want something fun, she does it.

I never really trusted anyone with my hair until I met Lynn. I trust her with my hair 100%. When I show up to work the next day, I get compliments all day long.

My mom and sister both go to her, as well as a few of our co-workers.

I recommend her to everyone I know!

I have been going to Tangles Salon for a couple years now. I have never had a bad experience, I have never been disappointed, and I have never been treated like just another customer. I can't imagine going to anyone else! Lynn is my stylist, she primped me before my wedding and at my wedding. They did hair and make up for me and most of of my bridal party AND some family! I personally know that Lynn is an excellent color artist and will not let you go out the door if your hair doesn't look right! Hair cuts are always fun and perfect. She also does eye lash extensions and hair extensions which are SO much cheaper than any where else! Oh she also does piercing AND waxing!! She is a multi talented woman!!
I would highly recommend Tangles Salon to anyone. Go there!!

I am VERY picky about my hair and don't like to do a lot to it besides the occassional trim. When I had to start coloring my hair to cover those pesky grays, I was expecting some horrid dye job, like the first few I tried to do at home, but Lynn has chosen a very flattering color that fits me. Since I have come to trust Lynn coloring my hair, I have even trusted her to do a few different things that I would never have normally considered as far a lowlights and colors used, she even recently recommended a small fringe of bangs, which I haven't had in many years, but they are fun and everyone compliments my hair EVERYDAY! She has done eyelash extensions on me as well, and I loved them! And if you care to have a cocktail or beverage, Lynn stocks some beverages on premises and there is a small coffee bar with a very nice barista. The small boutique is a fun place to shop. I won't ever go anywhere else. I even take my kids there, and my husband when he can make the time. Lynn is never pretentious, as I have encountered in several salons in Scottsdale. You can be comfortable and Lynn is down to earth. She also does make up, hair extensions, waxing, up-dos, I have even had 10 of my 10 yr old daughters' friends in there for a "Make-Over" birthday party, and the girls all had a fabulous time! Very clean, you can buy products if you want, no high pressure sales, or telling you that you absolutely have to have it to make the hairstyle work for you.

Pros: Affordable, better than majority of salons, but excellent quality.

Cons: none, but pre book your next appointment when you leave, she may get very popular through word of mouth.

Tangles Salon is my favorite salon! Flying to Seattle to my old hairstylist was getting old and expensive. When I met Lynn I was so pleased. She has helped me with a new hair style and color. In addition she has showed me new colors in make-up. Lynn is always learning new techniques in the beauty styles, which makes it fun. When I am at Tangles Salon it is truly a treat! I look forward to my appointments with Tangles Salon.

I get compiliments almost every day on my hair!! Lynn doesn't try to make my hairstyle into one of the standard "hairstyles of the day". I tell her what I want and she listens to what I have to say. Also, having worked in dental field, I'm careful to observe any other professionals method of sterilization. The salon is VERY clean and Lynn takes care to use a new comb if she drops it and cleans her scissors after every client. AND the color, she also listens to what I want and makes her recommendations when asked and does a fabulous job getting just the right color or color combination. Not every stylist does red well. She never pushes product and remembers that I don't like much product in my hair when she styles it. I always get good care reccomendations at the end of my appointment.

I have been going to Lynn for 2 years, every since we met at out community mail boxes. She does a wonderful job.

Pros: Great color and style

Cons: Getting more popular , what if i can't get in because she gets too busy??

I wandered into Lynn's salon on a whim one day shortly after moving into the neighborhood, and I haven't seen another stylist since. She is absolutely wonderful, always listens and helps with any concerns I have, and has helped me to change my feelings about my hair altogether. I have sent numerous friends to her over the past couple years, and they all love her and keep going back. I can't say enough about Tangles Salon!

Pros: Haircuts, hair color, waxing, makeup, formal up-do's, hair straightening... very versatile!

Lynn is amazing! I went in as a first time client and was nervous but she made me feel at home right away and really listened to what I was saying and wanted. We talked about my cut, color and maintenance before she did anything else. In the end, I looked like a new person and got everything I wanted. Total relaxing, sipped some wine and watched tv while I was processing. I found my new home!!

Pros: One on one, no shuffling of clients
